There was mice in our room and then we noticed a mouse trap as well. Meaning they were aware of this issue. Disgusting. Will never stay again. The staff was very nice and refunded me but I immediately left hours after checking in.
Someone is trying to open my room in the middle of the night
We were not inform of the hotel being a mini place. It was very questionable. Rooms definitely were not well kept or clean. We really weren't greeted at our time of arrival. Due to an unwelcome, I was not sure about informing whoever about the ants. They got into everything. I don't recommend this place ever again.
Located in nice area. Did not like condition and cleanliness (strands of hair all over the room, ceiling repair very poor, bathtub the same,and roaches in the room!!!

I paid on Orbitz & they charged me at the hotel they didn't understand I had a reservation already they told me orbitz would issue a full refund which is yet to happen!
Asked for bathroom towel the next day and front desk attendant didn’t look too happy about it, refrigerator was not working and they fix it until next day after second complaint and telling the staff that I would report it to the manager!
Friendly staff, great location, but woke up with bug bites all over.
House keeing left the floor sticky with what looks like a spilled beverage. The batroom had dust and hair on the toilet tank. The shower had hairs on its walls.
Cockroaches. “Breakfast” consists of granola bars and coffee. We had to stay here because we were moving across the country with a cat. In part this is “you get what you pay for”, but i feel that staying here gives you insight into living in the ghetto without having to leave the suburbs..
the staff was polite, but the floor of the room's kitchenette was sticky, there were two outlets in the room that were LOOSE from the wall, and the hall lights in the corridor were out for two days leaving a large section of the hall in complete darkness. It took a day for the staff to find a coffee maker for the room, and when provided it did not have filters.
Property was old, dirty, smoky in a nonsmoking hotel and cigarette bud in elevator. Mold smell, black mold on the ceiling, ran out of coffee a couple of mornings and dirty (hairs) bathroom. Curtains coming down, old room in general. I would never stay there again. But, the staff was very nice. Moved me out of moldy room right away.
"Grab & Go" breakfast very minimal. Room clean and quiet ; over all a good experince
When arriving we stood at the counter for a few minutes while the lady behind the counter was in the other room on her phone. She never acknowledged us at all. After awhile I had said can we please check in. She immediately got up and apologized and we were able to check in. Our room was freezing when we opened the door. Someone had left a window open, and the whole room was ice cold. We did have to leave the room for a bit so that the heat would turn on and warm up the room. Otherwise room was clean, the staff in the morning was amazing. No other problems.
