My husband and I had a really wonderful night at the Harbor view Inn. You can not beat the location and it was beautiful inside. Very cozy and quiet. Being right on the road you get some traffic noise but it was not an issue for us at all. Comfortable, clean and our host was very friendly and helpful. We had a really lovely stay.
We spent two nights here while in town for a family gathering. From the moment we were greeted to the moment we left we felt VERY welcomed. The Inn is quite beautiful with a lot of 'little touches' that make it very cozy. Our room had a beautiful harbor view that was heavenly. The bed was extremely comfortable, allowing us to sleep in REALLY late the second morning of our stay. I enjoyed sipping a glass of wine on the quaint porch while watching the boats come and go. John was a consummate host! This location was perfect. It was easy to walk to dining, the beach, and the little convenient store. I would definitely return if staying in Gloucester in the future.
