Great place to stay in the downtown Reno area. Non-gaming, non-smoking, pet-friendly, and with an overall ambiance calm. I usually stay at Homewood Suites, so that was a real pleasant surprise for the business traveller.
Nice hotel in downtown Reno. All the staff was friendly from the valet to the front desk. Had a great stay.
Good location and clean and good value felt safe during our stay
My view from my room, the staff and service were excellent. The furniture in the room was a bit antiquated and wore out but clean and well arranged.
Great hotel with casino, just refurbished as well as the rooms. Liked best the diner and 55" tv in the room. We had a wonderful time there and visiting Lake Tahoe and would give my trip a five star. Orbitz is the best site to deal with also...….thanks again wayne and millie
