The rooms have been beautifully renovated. My room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was easily in my top 5 shower pressure of any hotel I've stayed in. I'll definitely stay here again anytime I'm in Reno.

The building looks old, but the inside and every single appliance worked perfectly. I enjoy the spacious room. I’m very clean. I am very delighted particularly when you pay under $50 a night. The staff are very attentive no long lines and the service is excellent. The 24 hour café has delicious food 24 hours. I recommend.

This property was great for a quick getaway. Selena at the front desk was alright, not friendly but def professional. Very clean room. Our neighbors were a little noisy but not the hotels fault.

Great clean place to stay

This is our second stay and we love it. The rooms are clean. Hotel staff is friendly. The best part is the hotel is not connected to the Casio so it doesn't smell like smoke. We stayed with our kids and it was great. Since it's a little off the beaten path the price was great and they don't charge resort fees or parking. We will be back.

The property itself needed to be updated. The heating mechanism was very loud and the toilet was leaking. Staff was very friendly.

Spacious, clean, well-appointed room. Comfortable bed. Small bathroom, but believe it is a remodeled older hotel and they kept the same configuration. Really nice single cup Keurig and fridge in room. It would be nice to have a microwave, but they want you to eat in the casino.
