GREAT PRIME RIB AND SERVICE IN RESTAURANT WAS OUTSTANDING.

We did very well at t the slot machines. We weren't expecting luxurious accommodations because of the price but were pleasantly surprised.at a spacious room with the necessary basics. We loved seeing the sun rise over the Marina and our walk all the way around the Marina.

good location. room is clear. Front desk need to show more welcome face. :)

Room was ok and it did have a frig, but no microwave. The bathroom was very small, with only one sink and a very small countertop and NO storage (cabinets, drawers, or towel racks). In fact, the towels were stuffed into a small rack right over the toilet - be sure to close the lid before removing a towel! ' The furniture in the room seemed fairly new and nice looking, but there were many false-fronts where there should have been drawers. Nice paintings on the walls, though. There is no pool, hot tub, exercise facility, or business center. The servicing of the room was poor - one day it didn't get done at all, the other two days it was very late in the day (even with the "Service Requested" sign on the door. Also, some things were not done properly. One good point is that the rooms are totally separate from the casino.

Have stayed here multiple times. Love the walkway around the lake. Nice change of pace after being cooped up in the car all day to be able to stroll around the lake. The casino has several nice places to eat but without reservations the wait times are long. The rooms here are very comfy. Their bed presentation is very inviting. The lamps in the room are the best lighting we have ever seen in a hotel. And they charge your phone and I Pad at the same time to boot! Hard to go wrong with this hotel

The hotel was nicely appointed at one time but it's past its prime. Nevertheless, the rooms are large and comfortable and cleanliness is questionable to the picky traveler. There are five restaurants at the Casino and the food is excellent and also reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ken DSouza

Location was convenient, but don't expect any amenities. Room was comfortable and clean but dated. The price was reasonable and a good value.

Very Happy with the room, flexible and helpful staff.

Has issues to get into the hotel due to key issue. Went back to office again to fix it. Rooms are good and clear, beds were also good. A big lake near to Hotel is a good place for sightseeing,,, Overall, good place to stay for 2-3 days.

When not in the casino, we walked around the lake. Their are good places to eat in the area.

The peppermill company did a nice job with the remodel of the rooms and the casino. Some of the lowest limits in town, but a clean, fun gaming experience and a couple nice restaurants attached. Highly recommend the steakhouse and the cafe, both are on par or better than the downtown casinos.

Booked for thr same night at 10pm. Was only $50 and they gave a free upgrade which was awesome!

Enjoyed our stay at Western village. Room was spacious and clean. Price rate was reasonable for the busy weekend. Location was not too far from Reno. Would definitely consider in the future

The hotel's location was perfect, but upon arriving I was informed that we we getting a room with two queen beds. Not what I had booked and not what we looked forward to for our anniversary.

Nice and clean. Close to a lake. Easy to park. Great location!

Very nice. I do recomend this hotel. Confortable, convenient location, friendly and professional staff.

It was very busy the night we stayed, so it kind of noisy with doors opening and closing and people laughing and talking loud. The thing to watch out for is the extra charges that hotel tacks on to your card. There's no explanation at check out time or any other time either. They tell you at check that they will charge a $50.00 dollar fee to cover any room loses. I ended up with a $2.00 charge so I guess they charged us to wash the towels or for the soap that was in the room. In my opinion it's a deceitful practice.

Overall, I had a great stay. The room was very nice and clean. My only complaint was that I had to wait an hour after the stated check in time. Great staff, definitely recommend.

My only real beef about the room was that housekeeping knocks on your door @ the crack of dawn and if you want something none of them speak a lick of english real beef is with the casino figuring tha wv is part of the peppermill this would be decent this casino is absolutely abysmal to make matters worse casino staff are extremely unpleasant and rude and mug you every chance they get. Takes forever and tons of losing big to actually acrue any points or comps the food in the hotel i would recommend ib a heart beat hotel only if you stay away from the casino

I had stayed here once before and remembered it seemed like a good value. Room are good size, beds comfortable, linens crisp and good location away from the strip and close to the new Sparks Mall.
