I can't believe all the negative commets. This hotel is new, fresh, clean and comfortable. Just bring ur own soap and other toiletries & cookware/utencils if u plan on cooking. Despite a little expected traffic noise outside the neighbors and hallways were pretty quiet and peaceful. Friendly staff and great convenient location is a plus. My overall experience for the past week I've been here is excellent no bugs no excessive dog barking and no loud noise & no crazy weird ppl roaming around the property. I defnately recommend this hotel for short term or extended stays.

We're staying here while we wait for our house to be finished and I can't say enough good things about the cleanliness, good size rooms and pet friendly. The staff especially Susan at the front desk are awesome and so friendly and helpful. I like having the kitchen and it's cheaper if you buy your own plates, silverware etc rather than purchasing theirs. Overall great location and very friendly staff.

We found a decent price on here since they allow pets. When I arrived to the place the lobby was closed, 10pm. They have a mud room that is like a 4x4 room and in the lobby there's a sign to call an extension to get ahold of the property manager after hours. Good thing I have great eyesight! The property manager comes out eventually and is in a piss poor mood. I asked her how she was doing and she ignored me, quite blatantly! Her whole demeanor was as if I was bothering her. Seriously? If this is your shift you should be prepared for business. The rooms have kitchens with a stove, full-size fridge BUT no silverware or plates or cups. Nothing is stocked. The only cups we received were in the bathroom that were plastic. They have no shampoos or conditioners just 2 bars of soap, which is fine by me. The floors seemed smart. Pergo I'm assuming for animals and snow. Overall I wouldn't recommend for the price or long stays. We just needed a place to crash with the family from our long drive.

This is a horrible place they are rude grumpy and unkind. Not just one but at least 3 and also the Manager. Very unprofessional. Beds are old and uncomfortable. I stayed for 1 week and it was horrible.

If you bring your own shampoo, like tiny paper thin towels, hearing your neighbors, hearing your neighbors dog, super cheap mattress, poorly trained staff, this is the place for you. Internet worked well.

The location was optimal for me and the employees that I had staying at WoodSpring. I didn't really know what to think about the place prior to reserving it as the only trip advisor review I read was about it not having utensils... I mean, regardless of whether or not its extended stay, I didn't really expect them to equip the kitchen. I and my employees did smell weed the first few nights, however the staff handled it quickly. Just keep in mind, weed is legal in Nevada, you're going to smell it wherever you go. Additionally, I feel that it is imperative to state that it is $50 a night, and is without a doubt the nicest $50 a night hotel that I have ever stayed in. The rooms are nice regardless of the price. The walls are thin, noise definitely travels, again.. $50 a night. Nice TV and supper comfortable bed!

Had to spend the night in Reno after Hwy80 was closed due to weather. Found this, it is a newly opened property, thought it would be fine for the night. No, no, no! The website states that is is great for long term stays, there is a small kitchenette, but not even one utensil or dish. No wine opener (most important), no glasses. I can hear my neighbor's sneezing and small talk, the bathroom reeks of someone's pot smoking. No extra pillows or blankets. Probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed.
