Good location and clean rooms. However, the set up of the shower creates way too much water that goes out all over the place making it a mess.. comes with somewhat of a kitchen with a larger refrigerator and stove top with exhaust fan, which is nice however, they need to change the beds which are pretty important. The springs are popping out of those things.

Our freezer didn’t freeze food no matter how high we turned it. There were absolutely no dishes in the kitchen so pretty hard to use it and that was the whole reason we chose to stay there. The noise from pets was terrible. One day started barking and whining at 4:30am and was still at it when we left at 7:30. Not even a front desk staffed to do anything about it. Also multiple dogs barking in hallway. Would not stay again

Great, friendly staff but the WiFi was terrible for streaming. I ran a speed test after it took 30-45 sec to populate a splash page. After 10 tests on different floors, max down was no greater than 2.4 mbs. Terrible for streaming. Other beef was the broken luovered blinds that lack privacy from passerby’s and let headlights shine into the room. Bed and pillows were 2-star hotel-ish while bathroom and kitchen area were 4-star hotel-ish. Always check the WiFi…unless you book a non-refundable room then yer stuck.

The hallway and room had a funky smell. I was a no frills place to rest my head. It worked, but nothing to write home about good or bad. Staff was friendly.

I liked the measure of security the facility took in order to maintain safety and privacy for their guests. I also liked the layout of the units. The cleaning staff use entirely to much synthetic cleaner/air freshener. It was 40 degrees in the night and 60 degrees during the day. I had to open the window up to avoid getting sick. I think this practice is in use in order to mask the underlying pet smell that is very present in all common areas beyond the lobby. I would stay again. Just wipe and air things down. Woke up with a sore throat, swelling, puffiness, and a runny nose from overuse of chemicals/sanitizers.
