The walls are paper thin can barely fall asleep on a Saturday night because of noise. We stayed on the 10th floor and the elevators every time they stopped on our floor they were full and only four elevators were working I think waited 15 min for an elevator until we decided just to walk 10 flights of stairs just to leave. Never staying here again. On the plus side the people at the front desk when we checked in were nice.

We were very happy with the room and hotel. The pool was exceptionally beautiful. Had a great stay.

Wish I had known about the Resort Tower, we stayed in the Casino Tower, it was very smokey and noisy. I heard the resort tower is better for families. The transportation shuttles were great .

Besides the nasty, filthy “suite” we were put in, the hotel forgot to save us a room with 2 queen beds. People who share a room may NEED to have 2 beds and its a little awkward when hotels assume 1 bed will do. There was a fold out bed with missing springs and a cardboard mattress that we got to draw straws for. During our stay, we were wondering what the extra $22/night resort fee was for. It definitely wasn’t for cleaning or comfortable beds.

The room was decent but the bed linens had some stains. We ate at Rosie's Café and the food was terrible. Ordered a burger well done and it was way beyond rare, had iced tea and it was sour and cloudy and had to wait a long time for our server to come around. Rosie's used to be our favorite place to eat but within the past year it has gone way down hill.

We were charged $24 for the swimming pool, but nobody told us that is paid. I specially asked the reception staff about fees, but they told me that it's free of charge. No information at all about extra payment, neither in the room or in the swimming pool. After we checked out, I was charged for that. That's dishonest and disrespectful.

It was okay and who need near to down town. It is good option.

I paid like 90$ extra . And when I booked from group on they charged me but not paid to hotel again. Worst experience with you..

Decent place. nice view. But no hd tv or free breakfast.

The best thing was heated indoor pool , which is nice during winter

The staff at registration when i check out the room said they do not have bottle of water here but last night there was someone nice to give me some bottles of water. That is means she is not truthly honest when I ask her. Not willing to give a customer anything.

Excellent value hotel in Reno/Sparks the rooms were nice and bed comfortable.

Terrible service in Rosies Cafe! Long Wait and rude servive

The bed wis too soft and the pillows were too high the ac was too hot

Room is clean. Kids like inside pool. My wife and me also like the spa. I would give 5 if the room AC a little less loud

I stayed in the old section of the hotel. The have been remodeling rooms, but this was not one of them. Cons: This hotel was very nice at one time, but the elevators need a good cleaning and shake a lot and make noise while in operation. The hallways and rooms have seen considerable wear and tear. Pros: overall, put aside the old age, the hotel was clean enough. The room was kept up well. Most importantly, the bed was clean and very comfortable. I slept very well. Just make sure to get a room on the south side because the Nugget is right on the freeway.

average at best. positive - pool negative - room overall - wouldn’t stay there again

The room was very nice and spacious . Newly remodeled and very clean.

Much more than I expected, very clean room, friendly staff.

I enjoyed the spacious heated pool most. The view from top floors are beautiful too. My fiancé and I slept with the window open each night to catch the sunrise over the mountain. Loved it!
