Our Resort Tower room was large, newish, and reasonably quiet. Parking in the garage requires walking the entire length of the property, a minor concern. The room has tiny trash cans, so it is quite hard to dispose of trash without making an unsightly pile, again, a minor concern. Great view of the mountains, hotel was a short drive to the Convention Center for our event.

Always a great stay! Convenient location, lots of great restaurants, safe environment

It was clean

Easy check in, good price, great food options and easy parking. The hotel hosts concerts in their second floor ballroom. Very convenient stay.

Was only there to sleep but when tried to order Togo from Rosie’s cafe before checking out staff was not too friendly and overheard waitstaff bad mouthing customers within earshot. Still tipped but I was not appreciative of the treatment or behavior.

Seemed like only 2 elevators were working

Easy self check in, room was clean,

I loved the view from our room and the shower head, however the highway noise is maddening, the cigarette and marijuana smell was overwhelming even on our floor, and the toilet “whistled” for two minutes after flushing. I was very disappointed.

Handprints on the mirror in the bathroom, mold in the shower, shower will not drain…yuck!

food and services way below par

The casino is ok for the money. Other than that is was ok at nest.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, restaurants were good, property had everything we needed.

Room was extremely clean

Purchased this room cause was listed as pet friendly. Upon arrival was told no pets allowed I had just paid a Lyft to get there, (20 dollars) they canceled our reservation and refunded and dismissed us. While searching for another room somewhere saw several dogs and owners walking through foyer our dog yipped at another dog, Staff and security kicked us out of lobby waited in 30 degree weather all because security guard advanced toward my wife who was holding our puppy that seeing him barked as a dog being protective of my wife always does! Both guard and man child behind the desk then proceeded to get ignorant with me and hovered over me while I’m on phone trying to find room. Will not be back and definitely would not recommend to anyone else either, very uncaring people.

Didn't like the ceramic tile in the shower
