Horrible horrible service!! Staff was always nice but the room service was horrific we had to stay here for 3 months and we will not ever be back again!!!!Either they are really dumb or don’t care about their guests at all.

We booked at the Residence inn / sparks because it was new and in a great location away from the downtown area and the casinos. Well run with beautiful new rooms! We had a great time and even cooked several family meals in our room!! My whole family enjoyed shopping at the mall and near by target just a hop away from the hotel. The complementary breakfast was great! I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants new fresh rooms near shopping and restaurants.

Brand new hotel with a first-class staff. From the moment we walked into the hotel we just knew this hotel was the PERFECT place to stay. The entire front staff makes it his/her mission to make sure each guest feels special. Each member of the Marriott team was so helpful when asked questions about the area, sights to see, and best routes to take to get to Virginia City, Carson City and Lake Tahoe. The breakfast was amazing and selections would more than satisfy any type of diet. On M-T-W the treats and food that is served was excellent and prepared with such care. And such healthy choices provided too. The hotel is adjacent to a beautiful marina and walking around the marina was such a treat. The shopping outlet surrounding the hotel made everything so convenient from picking up snacks to just shopping. Hotel very conveniently located to downtown, the airport, the Interstate. A gas station is in the perfect spot to fill up the rental car before returning it to the airport.

So I am an Elite member with Marriott and was very disappointed with Residence Inn which is one of my favorites and go to spots. The nonrefundable pet fee was pricey for starters 100 understandably but the additional 50 pushing it especially when I check into a room with a dirty kitchenette!! Where is my assurance that I will receive a clean room?

This stay was the result of a weekend trip to Tahoe with friends and in arriving solo, I opted to spend my first night arriving after midnight in accommodations on my own asa way to not disrupt their rest and ensure a first good night’s sleep of my own. During my search, I stumbled across this property and especially took interest because it was a newer property. I was happy to have been placed At the tail end of the fourth floor. The room was spacious and offered amazing views of the nearby lake. There was lots of shopping nearby and it’s close to highway 80. My final stay included time at a spot in downtown Reno and if given the option, I’d choose this all day, every day.

The location, room layout, and front desk experience were all great. The service elevator got stuck between floors after a nasty hard drop. After three minutes we were back on our way and the elevator was out of service for the day, but they have two—so no problem. Syn, the server during the morning breakfast, was upbeat and cheerful, and made our dining experience more enjoyable. If traveling through the area again, we would definitely choose this place again.

I can't say enough about the amazing staff here - they are so responsive, friendly and efficient. This is a great, new hotel in a very convenient location, but those positives are nothing compared to the staff. Our 2+month stay has been delightful - Kim is a big part of making is so enjoyable.

Brand new Residence Inn. Great for those who don't want to be on the Strip. Yet close enough to get back to Reno for restaurants. Comfortable rooms, good buffet breakfast. Exercise room well equiped. Next door to the Outlets for the shopper in the crowd. Better restaurant choices for us are a drive back to Reno.

Fantastic staff and service. Cynthia is super sweet & Kimberly is just the best. This hotel is super lucky to have both ladies. The room is super clean. The front desk is extremely accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Super helpful. I had a hiccup with my reservation and it wa fixed immediately. Breakfast and breakfast staff put out a good spread and were very nice and helpful. I would definitely come back.
