What a great place!!!! Clean, quite & so helpful. There mixer nights were some of the best! Breakfast was always over the top! Will stay again if I go back! It is an older style Residence Inn but you would never know it

Spent one night here on our drive to Phoenix. Super nice room, and we have 2 small dogs so we had ground floor access to lots of grassy areas. Full kitchen, living area and comfy bed. Really my only complaint is the nearly constant helicopter traffic flying over. Average is about one every 5 mins but frequently you hear the next one before the previous one is out of hearing range. All night too. What gives? I googled if there was perhaps a fire nearby that would explain this but looks like that's not it.

This facility is right across the convention center. Each room has a queen size bed and they are like a mini apartment with full kitchen, fireplace and living room. Very nice grounds and pool and a basketball court. They serve free breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, etc. Very nice staff. I will stay here again but the beds are really soft so my wife and I kept sinking to the middle of the bed. They changes us to another room which was a little better. Overall Ok but disappointed with the bed.

Booked this facility thru my corporate travel, which I will be reporting as a location to be removed from our choice of lodging facilities. There literally was a prostitute living on the grounds. She was poolside on the first evening we arrived. It was obvious that the staff was familiar and OK with her, as one of the staff members kept feeding her beer after the social period was over. She was in the building directly across from mine and I could hear her and one of her customers arguing loudly. FYI...all of the rooms are external issue for sure. I would not recommend this location at all. * Rooms were dated * Breakfast was OK Bottom line...we checked out the next day and went to another location

Check in ladies were so friendly and helpful! The hotel is well kept and the rooms were spacious and clean. The pool is great, lots of space and well maintained. Top it off with free breakfast and you've got a winner here. Great one night stay, we had 2 previous nights at a large Hotel/Casino on the strip and this stay made up for the other lousy stay. Great job ladies at the front desk! You are very sweet and respectful.

I think they do the best with what they have here but this place needs to be torn down and replaced with a better Marriott experience. we have a two lever room. You can hear the person above walking around and it is loud, squeaks and grinds like the whole ceiling is rotten. The refrigerator is LOUD. There is a strong hint of mildew in this property. One the good side: - They keep the exterior up nicely. It is walking distance to the convention center and tram. The breakfast is laid out nicely. The people are helpful.

Great price and if I was attending a convention the ability to walk to the convention center would make up for some of my faults with the facility. I'd equate this compound to staying in a college dorm/apartment complex. over 20 buildings containing @8 unites each. I had booked for five nights but found after the first day the ambiance was not exactly what I was looking for, a combination of issues one being the parking lot was all sectioned of due to construction. My air conditioner was very loud and I had alerted the management but still the AC fan was extremely loud, no option to open a window at least on first floor. For the price and if looking for basic accommodation this may work for you. In comparison to other Residence Inn's this was not my favored design. That stated the management was accommodating and I left after two nights. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly.

I had reserved a studio with a rollaway bed on the Marriott website. It turns out that this hotel does not have rollaways (even though the website says it does). I had requested one so my son would not have to take the sofa bed (we took a look at that sofa bed mattress, and it was VERY uncomfortable). So I went back to the front desk with the idea that I could potentially move to another Marriott or upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite (depending on relative costs). I told the front desk person and she immediately upgraded us to the 2-bedroom suite at no cost! This set the tone for the entire visit, and we had consistent experiences with responsive staff. The grounds of this hotel are well maintained and beautiful. The room itself is a bit dated in feel (light fixtures, doors, and door handles) but very comfortable and the A/C was very good. The kitchenette is well stocked. Overall cleanliness is quite high. The pool is basic but well maintained; the hot tub was struggling a bit with the jets. The breakfast was really good with plentiful options. Scrambled eggs, pancakes, french toast, biscuits with gravy, waffles, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, canned fruit, fruit juice, and many extras. The hotel is next to stops of the Las Vegas Monorail, should you decide to take that into the downtown area. I liked that this is not a busy area of town. You are right across from the convention center, but it is still very quite on the grounds itself.

My husband and I do not like Las Vegas at all. I know, weird, right? It seems that we end up having to come here at least once a year on business for our company. Being frugal as we are, we try to find affordable accommodations. In the past, even with that, we have ended up spending so much money on eating out etc. we don't enjoy gambling or smoking or lots of people, hence the reason for disliking Vegas. We decided to try something a bit different this time by staying here. We had been dreading our trip for weeks. When we arrived we knew immediately that this place was different. We got some groceries so we could cook and avoid eating out, which was great because we had a full kitchen as well as a grill out by the pool. Also we had free breakfast every morning and adult beverages at night if we wanted. The grounds are like a tropical resort so well kept and lush. We couldn't believe we were in the middle of the city. Every employee was so nice and accommodating. We actually enjoyed our trip to Vegas this time!! Gotta go! The pool is calling!!

This is one of the original style Residence Inns - Small individual buildings on a campus. It is definitely not new - My carpets were stained and work, the closet doors were a struggle to open, and the place had an overall old feel. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, and breakfast was good (Although the area could be scary crowded, with the many tables all filled. I preferred to go before 7 am, when it was more or less empty. The big selling point of this property is the fact that it's across the street from the convention center - It was about a five minute walk from my room to the front door of the center (Assuming the crossing lights were in my favor). SUPER convenient! There is no on-property workout facility, but as others have said, you can use the adjoining hotels. I knew I could use the Courtyard, but didn't know the Marriott would also me to use their gym. As I was in building 9, that was the most convenient one for me. I suggest that if you plan to use one of the facilities (Especially early mornings like I did), head over the day before and pick up a key so you can get into the building and the gym. Make sure they code it for your entire stay - The first day that had only granted access for 24 hours, and I needed it re-coded. While I'm not a big fan of going to another hotel to work out, the fact that I had to go outside to get anywhere points to more of an overall limitation to the Residence Inn concept.
