A very nice hotel where you feel comfortable, safe and the staff is amazing!! Clean, great food and location !! I enjoy staying there !! Very Reasonable priced, would definitely recommend:) You can never go wrong w Marriott's!!

Stayed here for a week and it could not have been better. The staff were efficient and friendly. I was attending a conference in the convention center and the location could not have been more perfect. Susan on Front Desk went above and beyond the call of duty. The room was amazing and perfect for those evenings you were tired and just wanted to stay "home" and order in or even to cook a meal in the well stocked kitchen. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again no problem.

We stayed at the Residence Inn for my son's basketball tournament. It was super convenient because it was right across the street from the convention center and we had a lovely kitchen to be able to cook our own food and the children could eat whenever they wanted. However The staff at the residence Inn was the best part of our stay. They were so kind and friendly and accommodating. In addition, the facilities were very clean, the complementary breakfast in the morning were full breakfasts and very tasty. There are also multiple good restaurants along Paradise road to choose from that are much more affordable than those on the strip. We plan on staying there again next year!

The checking-in procedure was a disaster. Dairus was not helpful. He was stern and cold. I lost my wallet in the airport and I was with 3 kids aged 10, 8 and 6. It was 12 am. Good thing, I have brought enough cash which I placed in a separate bag. Darius was not even empathetic and was very impatient while I frantically searched for my wallet. You can see in his body language that he did not care at all. I've told him I am going to pay in cash and he did not know what to do. He told me it was not in their protocol. It was 12 am and what does he want me to do? I can pay in cash and I don't see any problem with that. He is obviously untrained to handle this kind on situation. He finally informed me that he will charge me $1400 which includes a $300 security deposit for our 7-day stay. He is also reiterated strongly that "YOU CANNOT CHARGE ANYTHING ON YOUR ROOM". He is the worst front desk person I have ever encountered and I travel a lot! Other than that horrible checking-in experience, everything in the hotel was nice. Other front desk and housekeeping team members were great. The breakfast was simple but the kids loved it. The room was always clean. The kids loved the pool and the basketball court. When the pool was under maintenance, we were able to use the next hotel's pool - The Courtyard by Marriott, too. The Courtyard has Starbucks, too. I just hope they train Darius to be empathetic and handle unusual situation with professionalism.

We have stayed here a few times with our dog. The location is great! directly across from the convention center and with monorail access also walking distance to the strip. The pool area is nice, we enjoyed the hot tub during our winter stay. The rooms are quiet and there is plenty of parking (lot parking),

What a great place!!!! Clean, quite & so helpful. There mixer nights were some of the best! Breakfast was always over the top! Will stay again if I go back! It is an older style Residence Inn but you would never know it

Spent one night here on our drive to Phoenix. Super nice room, and we have 2 small dogs so we had ground floor access to lots of grassy areas. Full kitchen, living area and comfy bed. Really my only complaint is the nearly constant helicopter traffic flying over. Average is about one every 5 mins but frequently you hear the next one before the previous one is out of hearing range. All night too. What gives? I googled if there was perhaps a fire nearby that would explain this but looks like that's not it.

This facility is right across the convention center. Each room has a queen size bed and they are like a mini apartment with full kitchen, fireplace and living room. Very nice grounds and pool and a basketball court. They serve free breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, etc. Very nice staff. I will stay here again but the beds are really soft so my wife and I kept sinking to the middle of the bed. They changes us to another room which was a little better. Overall Ok but disappointed with the bed.

Booked this facility thru my corporate travel, which I will be reporting as a location to be removed from our choice of lodging facilities. There literally was a prostitute living on the grounds. She was poolside on the first evening we arrived. It was obvious that the staff was familiar and OK with her, as one of the staff members kept feeding her beer after the social period was over. She was in the building directly across from mine and I could hear her and one of her customers arguing loudly. FYI...all of the rooms are external access....security issue for sure. I would not recommend this location at all. * Rooms were dated * Breakfast was OK Bottom line...we checked out the next day and went to another location

Check in ladies were so friendly and helpful! The hotel is well kept and the rooms were spacious and clean. The pool is great, lots of space and well maintained. Top it off with free breakfast and you've got a winner here. Great one night stay, we had 2 previous nights at a large Hotel/Casino on the strip and this stay made up for the other lousy stay. Great job ladies at the front desk! You are very sweet and respectful.
