The hotel was for the most part fine. However the bathroom in our room was not in good condition. There was mold near the shower and the wallpaper was peeling and you could see water damage behind the wallpaper. Largest reason for the poor condition rating I gave was due to a massive cockroach I saw in our restroom.

Love the galaxy theater on the property. Room however was lacking. Got 2 rooms, 1 hadnt been cleaned from the previous guest. Was given a second room but I'd hope housekeeping would do a bettet job of checking rooms before booking them out.

Would have enjoyed a blanket on the bed.. Softer bedding and wifi without a hassel.. Other than that we left happy

Did not honor my king bed reservation. The room was very clean and bed extremely comfortable (but only a queen).

Nice hotel with clean well kept room. Staff was very helpful and worked hard to make sure I got the room I wanted.

No transportation to and frim strip or airport. It was way expensive and would have been better staying at a more expensive hotel

Nice place. Would stay here again. Staff was friendly & attentive to my needs. Valet was very courteous & fast due to the fact I was using a cane & was immobile after my surgery.

Bathroom shower lighting is too dark & light switch is blocked by the wall mounted hair dryer.

Room had a Cigarette smell and loud concert near our room pool side. Besides that we slept like a baby from all the Vegas walking so it almost bypassed all the bad.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was good and beds were comfortable. Noise level was pretty quiet considering they are installing new carpet on the 3rd floor. Didn't make it to the pool but would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly, but the beds were hard and we didn’t feel comfortable walking around the room with out shoes on. Even with the air conditioning on we would sweat at night, not sure why. We just needed a place to sleep so it did the job. We did however enjoy the room service, not a huge selection but it hit the spot.

As with most casinos, there's a strong smoke smell. Wish I had my allery medicine, I was congested the whole time. The pool is in need of cleaning, but the room was clean and comfortable.

Checkin couldn’t find reservation. Room was clean but with worn furnishings and smelled smoky even though advertised as a non-smoking room. Restaurant service was poor. Pool and hot tub were closed.

Had to be moved 2 times just after checking in because room smelled like marijuana... staff accused us even though we just wed in, that we did it. Very unhappy with stay if I could rate this a 0 I would. Management has yet to follow up.

First and foremost: $7.50/night Resort Fee. Try and get that on The Strip. Located just off Hwy 15 at Craig in North Las Vegas this clean, this is a safe easy to get to Hotel Resort. If you've traveled here using a Motor Home or Truck there's a HUGE easy access parking lot for 18-wheelers or whatever you may have. It's all here. Sports Book, Keno, Buffet, decent restaurants, movie theater and all the Games you'll find on the Strip. The only negative I can think of is the public transportation bus line that runs by does not go directly to The Strip. You'll need at least on transfer for that.

We had a very nice stay. Everyone was nice and polite. They had security keeping an eye on everyone that went up to the rooms. It was an extra peace of mind that they took to let everyone know that they cared about every ones safety. The room was clean and comfortable. Only one thing that would have made it better. That would have been a coffee pot in the room.
