Cannery Hotel & Casino

First and foremost: $7.50/night Resort Fee. Try and get that on The Strip. Located just off Hwy 15 at Craig in North Las Vegas this clean, this is a safe easy to get to Hotel Resort. If you've traveled here using a Motor Home or Truck there's a HUGE easy access parking lot for 18-wheelers or whatever you may have. It's all here. Sports Book, Keno, Buffet, decent restaurants, movie theater and all the Games you'll find on the Strip. The only negative I can think of is the public transportation bus line that runs by does not go directly to The Strip. You'll need at least on transfer for that.

We had a very nice stay. Everyone was nice and polite. They had security keeping an eye on everyone that went up to the rooms. It was an extra peace of mind that they took to let everyone know that they cared about every ones safety. The room was clean and comfortable. Only one thing that would have made it better. That would have been a coffee pot in the room.

Enjoyed my stay, I was there for a R&B concert, and it was great.

I could almost hear the King as I walked through the front doors. Then it quickly tuned into an old ash tray, just gross. Rooms didn’t smell much better. Good luck! PS. For what it’s worth I have over 1,000 hotel nights traveling for work the last 20+ years.

If your on a budget this place will fit the bill, all of the other places in the area were atleast double the cost. The room was clean and the staff was very nice.

Television was out of service in entire building for 16 hours but was comped a free meal; after asking at front desk. Water shut off on Sunday morning about 2:00 am to 3. My car was damaged in parking lot . Over-priced meals. I bought a milkshake that cost $4.99 that was serve in a 6 oz cup at Victoria's Cafe. Buffet was a grade 3 out of possible 10.

They have large rooms and bathroom. This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. This time we stayed on the 1st floor instead of the second, it was a lot more noisy, next time I will request the second floor. But they need more luggage carts. Can never find one. No-Smoking rooms but you can smell the smoke from the casino. They need to carpet clean the rooms carpet, it was disgusting, and room wasn't dusted. Other then that. I would stay there again definetly. Far from the strip but if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle in the heart of sin city then this maybe a great places to stay for you.

Mildew in the shower, no decent morning coffee, vending machines out of order, no ice in ice machine, and only one person behind the check-in counter with a line of people four deep. This hotel has really gone down hill.

WAS A VERY CLEAN HOTEL WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED RIGHT THERE,FOOD,ENTERTAINMENT ETC.

We had made a recervation for non smoking and when i got there they said they only had smoking ones.the manager to over and help is get the right room that was very nice!

Overall facility is ok. One of the inside restaurants was pretty good. I'd probably pass on the buffet next time. Not impressed that the steak house was closed for business on Monday and Tuesday's, but you see that at other hotels too. Room was ok with the exception that it was a smoking room and I had booked a non-smoking room. I guessed they booked too many, but to. It have the room I've already paid for is not acceptable to the business traveler.

Room was clean, check in was easy and fast. Staff was friendly. About 20 minutes from the strip. Easy access to highways.

Paper thin walls, cheap towels that smelled like smoke, sandpaper toilet paper, restaurants that all closed at 9 except for the greasy spoon cafe. The only good things about the hotel were the movie theater and the buffet but the buffet didn't even open until 11. I was happy to leave.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cannery in North Las Vegas. The room was nice and comfortable and clean. The Victory Cafe served a great breakfast...

I like good place nice and quiet i recommended to anyone they l know

Enjoyed stay for the most part; lousy luck in the casino though. Really missed coffee in the room. Only hotel I've stayed out where that was not provided. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Staff members friendly and helpful. Rooms simple & clean. Pool was closed for the season, kids were bummed they couldn't go swimming.

Didn't like that the pool was closed! When we booked we were told it would be open, it was main reason for booking there. Coffee is available only from 6 a.m. - 10 a.m., nobody wants to wake up that early just for coffee! It's only available to those staying there so it should be available 24 hrs especially since the Casino is open 24/7! Maybe have a coffee machine in room & microwave, that would be nice. The bathroom smelled of urine the entire time even though we had it cleaned 2 days of our stay! Also I have asthma & the area we we're placed by always smelled of "smoke"!

Nice...good restaurants...didn't like that they changed prices every day!
