The food in the restaurants were excellent. The service was great. The hotel was clean. I hated the old and outdated furniture. I hated that there wasn't a microwave in the kitchen. I'm used to more than 2 small pillars and no comforter on the bed nor an extra blanket in the closet. To top it all off, not one time in the 4 day stay did I hear a scream, a yell, clapping, or anything to show that somebody won the lottery at the Casino.

Staff is always accommodating and made sure that my valet’d car was well taken of. They even had it parked in front in plain view all night! The bellboys/security were super sweet and very helpful. Not THAT many amenities but then again this IS a locals casino. Don’t expect TOO much action. It’s just a simple, but pretty big, local casino. Perfect for one nighters and get back on the road. Rooms are clean and safe. Overall it’s satisfactory.

Upon checking in, room was filthy including black hair all over the bathroom and vomit behind nightstand. We pulled the night stand out to find an outlet to charge our phone and found the still fresh vomit. The room stank. We notified the front desk but they did nothing to clean up the mess and would not offer a clean room. As it was late and we were only staying long enough to get a little sleep-we stayed. But this hotel is truly awful. We will never stay here again.

There was light in the door, meaning it was not straight and people hear or see me in the room if they wanted. they did move me to a real busy floor which the doors opening and closing didn't let me sleep at all most of the night...

And the benefits they offer never got put on our cards so we could not use them. When we asked they were not very helpful, just kept telling us itd be on later, never was. We were to get free coffee and we ate breakfast every morning in the Victory Restarant for 3 days they gave us free coffee; the fourth day we were told we had to go to the bar to get our coffee. Seems pretty amazing to me that they would make a customer unhappy for a cup of coffee. The staff for the most part were excellent. But a couple made the whole visit memorable but not in a good way. Won't be staying with them again. We had 3 rooms and 7 people. It was not a cheap stay. I would expect to be treated much, much better.

I thought the rooms were dated and over priced for the quality! Under the sink were a few dead bugs and it was a non-smoking room, it still smelled of smoke. The check-in staff were Great! The rooms need to be updated.

Trying to get a receipt for the day that I didn’t stay because my truck was repaired had to pay for it anyway I wasn’t happy

And the benefits they offer never got put on our cards so we could not use them. When we asked they were not very helpful, just kept telling us itd be on later, never was.
