Kind of a budget hotel at much higher prices. 4 hotels in town with the exact same name. If they book you in the wrong one, you are out of luck. They won’t even book you at the one you wanted to stay in, have to call And do that yourself. And good chance on the phone they will book you in the wrong one as well.
Very clean and convenient. Free parking. Friendly staff.
I was there for 10 nights. Everything was clean and staff was very nice and helpful. However, water was shut off completely in rooms from 10:30am-6:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday for upgrades. Pool was still open and bathroom and showers were available on 1st floor. I did not know this until I checked in. My refrigerator broke and a correct sized replacement was unavailable so I had to move all of my stuff into a different room. I was compensated for spoiled food. Also, a few times loud gurgling noises came from water pipes followed by a rotten egg smell. I was told they were working on pipes and it was happening to all rooms on my floor. The air freshener used in the rooms wasn’t too good either. Property was right next to the monorail which was very convenient. Overall, safe area with a few sketchy individuals here and there like all places in Vegas. I did like the place, but some of the major inconveniences made my stay less enjoyable.
Had a great stay. Looking forward to pool area drinks to be available after covid.
Great place to stay. My family and I enjoyed it very much
Clean, comfortable and great staff. Would definarely stayy aga in and recommend to others.
Great location wanted late check out no availability
Wasn't aware that they were undergoing construction; the fact that every single personnel was so professional and helpful made up for the dirt and renovation; very pleased with my stay~
Perfect service ......... An excellent help very nice
I rarely am satisfied with the cleanliness of a hotel. This one was spotless. If you have a room with one of the connecting doors, you can hear people sneeze in the next room, so be aware to ask about this. Had some initial trouble getting ahold of anyone in the "reservations" department for two days but problem was resolved. Much better than staying on the strip (takes 15 minutes to leave the hotel and walking through the smoke) and only a $7/9 uber ride to wherever on the strip you need to go. The cafe was great/affordable as well. Just ignore that call for "joining the hilton club" or whatever it is. Very clean hotel, avoid rooms with connecting doors, and hire more people for reservations.
Very clean. The staf very nice. Very good experience
Love everything! Just a little far from the strip. No cab lines.
Our stay was great and everything was as expected.
