The room was cold, and the heater was apparently disconnected. Only one thin blanket on the bed. Was cold all night, even wearing my warmest jacket to bed. The restaurant mentioned in ads for hotel was closed, apparently permanently. Looks like the bean counters are scraping all quality out of the hotel. The staff was overextended, but as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. They are definitely underpaid for all the extra work they are trying to do. Their service was excellent, there just wasn't anything they could do in this situation.
