The place wasn't worth the price. The places was filthy stains all over the carpet and nothing was clean dirty bedding wasn't washed ripped furniture and we asked for a non smoking room and the room smelled like cigarettes. The worst place ever, the housekeepes don't do their jobs.

The Shower was not even clean and towels from the previous guests were hanging. There were people in the hallway at 11pm drinking yelling and back at 1:30 pm talking loudly. I asked them to quiet down and one man approached me told me to F*** off and stated it was Saturday night. I tried calling the front 3 times no answer. The commotion started up again at 2am and finally I got through to the front desk. I counld'nt take a shower in the morning and left as soon as possible first thing. It was the worst experience I have had in a hotel ever.

I like the closeness to the airport. Furniture and bathroom fixtures looks very old.

Was attracted by what I though was going to be a good deal. Baymont's are usually a good value. Not this one. Place was old, unclean, needed paint. Stains/cleanliness of carpet was suspect but the paisley dark brown color hid any evidence. Curtains were ripped. Toilet was about 18" tall. Bathroom tub chipped and well used. Realizing that at best I'd sleep on top of the covers in my clothes I just left and went elsewhere. Didn't bother fighting with Orbitz or the front desk about a refund. DO NOT BOOK - Stay elsewhere.

Property was awfull, no hot water, duty , bathroom so ugly. Terrible experience

problem with room and safety. Issues with room: rug was stained, chair was very old damaged and seat cover was stained, desk chair set dirty, table had paint stains and damage, bedding throw pillow case was ripped,iron was on wall near ceiling, bathroom issues - light bulb out, toilet was running all night, shower grout needs cleaning and wall had stain marks. Hallway not very clean and rugs stained. Was concerned about safety. Number of people hanging out in lobby. At breakfast desk clerk and staff had a personal conversation and was extremely loud. Person came in off the street for free breakfast. Was told to leave. Believe police may have been called. Surprised chain is managed by Wyndham.

Absolutely horrible. The place needs a major overhaul. Pictures are very misleading. Very outdated, dirty, mildew odor, just raggedy. Should be shut down. I immediately checked out. The guy working was nice though.

The property was over booked and we were not even able to stay at the hotel that we booked. We were moved to another hotel that was not as good.

This property needs some serious attention. The carpet in the room was filthy. We had a ground floor room with a patio door. The glass was so dirty you could barely see out. The screen door came off its track any tine you tried to open or close it. Parking is VERY tight and not convenient. staff, although polite, was quite disinterested in providing a welcoming experience. The cable had been out for 2 days, but the atte4ndent neglected to tell me until after I had checked in. And then he informed me that it was unlikely it would be repaired within the next two days.

Had no tv service. Could have been better, and wish they could habe done more to help make it better

Staff was not friendly, took too long to make the check-in. Property dirty, Parking lot really small. The room was small and the furniture old and broke, good thing we only stay one night. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, the sink was full of ants. The fire alarm was cover with a plastic bag. Breakfast room was ok, in the time we were having breakfast we started listening some screams coming form the hallway. The staff didn't do nothing, the screams last at less 10 minutes, it was a fight between a man and a woman. Sorry, but we are never coming back to this hotel if you can call it that.

This was a most disappointing experience. Things broken, not working, or disgustingly dirty

I was charged three times fort this room. I only discovered this when I returned home and checked my credit card statement. I called the Baymont to report it and was treated poorly. The guy I talked to wouldn't even apologize until I asked him to. Very upset.

Property was clean and sustained. Facilities were outdated and shared with hotel next door. Stated non-smoking but by the smell and attitude of staff it was acceptable. I complained about the smell of marijuana specifically throughout the entire building and specifically room next to mine. Occupant we’re contacted but told it was not an issue. Also called about a party happening and nothing was done I called back and stated if it wasn’t shut down I would call the Police. Staff was rude and non accommodating.
