The pictures online don’t look like the same place once inside

Hotel is somehow dirty, and regardless of "non smoking" policy, they have heavy smoking smell everywhere. Beds are hold and noisy, shower and toilet are old and not well maintained. Parking is somehow unsafe as we found that an egg was thrown on our car over night. at 6am instead of traveling we had to find a car wash...

I didn’t like that the exercise room cardio machines didn’t work. The toilet in my room didn’t flush. There was no cold water. It smelled terrible.

Beds were bad and property was not in good condition, also safety was a real concern. will not be back to this location.

It's a cheap place that looks very run down. Rooms aren't cleaned properly. Things are broken. The breakfast room is poorly designed. The computer system is either super complicated or broken. There was one EXCELLENT receptionist (or manager) named Britney. She was extremely helpful and attentive. She was the only person who truly cared customers. With all the weird things happening, Britney handled everything very professionally. Other receptionists were either incompetent or just didn't care. They looked annoyed and became very dismissive towards customers that asked legitimate questions and had legitimate concerns. (I stayed there for a whole week so I did observe quite a lot before making this kind of conclusion.)

Dirty,needs , remodeling, no hot water, coffee pot didn't work, poor house keeping, no heat. Very disappointed

attitude, service, cleanliness was terrible and sad.

The staff asked for all the ID's of the people staying ion the room, and it was weird. The breakfast was good but the room had a very strange smell, and the room was dirty, we found aunts in the bathroom

The hotel facilities are tired and worn, even more than I expect for a discount hotel chain.

My favorite place to stay when in Reno on business

Big picture motel is OK but it is need of being cleaned and painted. Overall impression is a "Dirty" facility in need of TLC. IE rugs are dirty and frayed, walls in hallways need repairs and repairs made have not been painted et cetera. Rooms are OK but really dated, furniture is in poor shape, old and chipped or finish is worn through. Parking is limited. Staff is friendly. Scale of 1-5, 5 being worse is 2+.
