Close to airport

Our bed were broken, one of them actually sank to the floor just about. Door downstairs doesn’t lock, any random person can Just walk in. No staff on site at night. Management is horrible. There were dried boogers on the wall. Water came out of spout fast one stream and hard. Not pleasant. Even though my kids had to sleep on the floor, they still charged me for the night. Bed was so bad they couldn’t sleep on it. You get what you pay for. I’d recommend paying more and getting a better hotel. This one is horrible

Hotel has no housekeeping service during our 3 days there. Checked into a room that has many ants on the carpet. Phone in the room doesn't connect to front desk. Walked down to front desk to change to another room. This room air conditioner is not cold even at 60F. Hair dryer is broken and toilet won't flush. Walked down again and got another hair dryer. There is no one there to fix our toilet and there isn't any plunger either. So we weren't able to use the toilet on our last day of stay. Room has not been vacuum upon check-in either. This is the worst stay by far. I told the front desk how unhappy we were during our stay there and asked for compensation and she said to contact Orbitz. This is unacceptable!

Pictures of this place was deceiving it looked great in the picture but it was so bad when you get there, it looked like a run down dump. Just first impression was not good. Do not stay here if you can avoid it.

This Inn did not have carts to help haul your luggage to your room, such an inconvenience especially if you’re not on the first floor. You would have to go borrow one from the hotel next door. Our bathroom tub never stopped running. Our bed sheets looked a bit stained. Overall it wasn’t the best experience & definitely not located in the best side of town.

I called before making reservation about shuttle to the airport and they said they had one. THAT WAS A LIE. NO SHUTTLE TO AIRPORT. OTHER GUESTS HAD THE SAME ISSUE.

It was absolutely disgusting in the room I stayed in. Their was hair and pet hair all over the bed. I paid to extra to have a king bed and they just pushed two twin beds together so we were laying in a crack. The bathroom sink leaked every time we turned it on. The whole shower had mold all over it. The house cleaning lady walked in on my boyfriend and I while we were changing. Didnt knock of anything. It was all around just an awful experience

Tols mw couldnt chexk till 3 amd then at 252 rhey rold they had no rooms have to wait half hour ! I then saw peopleakong a linw at 3 and they where checking them in !

Next door to a nice Quality Inn with ample parking. We regularly haul a trailer between Boise & the Bay Area. This is the first time that we’ve had to park off site on the street. Facilities is worn and dated. No amenities. Room was clean with micro, refrigerator, and coffee. You get what you pay for!

This property is horribly run down and not at all what is advertised in the photos. Dirty, stains, run down, didn't feel at all safe.

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
