Wonderful apartment and pool

Everything was great! No hair dryer as advertised but Evan brought one right over at 9:30 at night! The only complaint is the water pressure in the bathroom. The shower and sink just trickled. Could not wash our hair and had to shower at the pool. People at the complex were very friendly. Uber was much more expensive than Lyft to and from the airport. Good location to stay!

Disappointed by dishonesty

Beautiful condo but the stay was ruined by the promised heated swimming pool being in actuality freezing and unusable. The only reason why I rented this particular place was to be able to swim laps, so I contacted the owner beforehand to make sure the pool was up and running and he assured me that it was. When I got there and found that it wasn't, I messaged him immediately. He said he would contact the HOA the next morning but the issue was never addressed during my stay. I talked to a pool maintenance man and he said that the pool is never heated. I requested a refund and have since been promised that it is being looked into but have yet to get it resolved over two months later. I would run the other way and not rent from this particular owner.
