The rooms and carpet are dirty. The beds are very uncomfortable and sunk down. Toilet did not work, leaking, and noisy.
Staff was horrible, the facility was unkempt inside and outside, facility smelled like gas, the room door had to be forced opened and closed.
Nothing substantial, just a room. Nice floor plan and it had a good view. The place was very clean but there was an issue in the hall. There were these large humidifiers or air handlers in each hallway.
Great clean place for a overnight stay. It is pet friendly, so something I need to remember for the future.

I saw a roach everyday i stayed, air conditioner make all different kinds of noises, bed felt like it was going to break and I’m a small guy great location just in need of a lot of upgrades the best part was the large bathroom and the large room period. They use a strong Scent in the hallways that very over powering almost as if there trying to hide something the elevators don’t have buttons
We love this place bcos all the groceries,malls, downtown are very near by.
Accommodations were good and room was comfortable. Very well priced and friendly staff.
Stayed for one night as the family house was full of visitors. The hotel was close, so that was good, but everything else was bad. Phones didn't work, nor the TV. The toilet would never complete a flush, and the noise of constantly flowing water filled the night. The trash bins are in cabinets so you have to open a door and get your hands dirty every time you want to throw something away. 9am someone came knocking during a romantic moment to work on the bathroom, even though we didn't call them to. 2/10, would not stay again.
Front Desk Supervisor was very abrupt to myself and staff members. She had a very bad attitude at check-in and check-out. Unpleasant expression on her face every time we entered or exited the lobby.

Very nice hotel, but we were looking for a hotel with free continental breakfast and this one didn't have any or a pool.
The hotel was very hard to find because it was on the back of a strip mall. It had very little parking, with narrow parking spaces. I was not told in advance that the only room that they had was a handicapped room. I would have gone to another hotel if I had known in advance. The bathroom was very different with no shelving space to put toiletries and the closet had a hanging bar that left the bottom of my jacket on the floor.
Looking forward to another stay @ Candlewood Suites soon.
