This property was the perfect spot for us to be a part of the Junior League Hollyfair. It was conveniently located to the venue, very comfortable beds and has beautiful views of the gulf. I am so glad we selected this listing of the many options we had!

The room and large balcony are very nice. We experienced a few issues, the second king size room is hot and unbearable to sleep in this room. The 3rd bathroom bathtub holds ankle deep water while showering and drains very slowly, when drying clothes you must dry them 3 times to get fully dry. We had a great vacation but these items need correcting. Majestic resort is very nice but I would consider another room.

False advertising. The place had sand and hair all over the floor. I had to vacuum two times the day we got there. We had to buy a swiffer with refills and mop the floors. The outside furniture was rusty with holes and my 1 year old grandson was almost cut because he wanted to put his fingers in the rusty hole and pick up the pieces of rust off of the floor. The outside furniture does not have cream colored cushions as pictured, they are blue and very flat. Every mattress in the condo was horrible. No joke, ours was broken down on the sides and it felt like we were gonna roll off the mattress. My sons bed was hard and flat, he slept in the middle room. He said all of the mattresses were the same way. My daughter and son in laws bed had a deep crevice right where you lay about 10 inches long and 5 inches deep, missing springs. I was grossed out with the hair and dirt on the baseboards and around the master shower, but I left it there because I didn't go on vacation to clean. The couch is very dirty, and uncomfortable. The washer stinks inside. The dryer doesn't dry the first 60 minutes cycle, so you have to do two 60 minute cycles. Then when you take your clothes out, they have lint really bad. Bathroom sinks were clogged. I've never experienced a condo this badly and I spent more money on a condo because it was my husband and my 30th anniversary. We will not rent this condo again. We believe that management should put money back into condos to keep them as advertised.

Paid a lot for little service

The condo layout was perfect, but there were several things that needed attention. The air in the front bedroom/bathroom didn’t seem to work, the light in the bathroom was like a strobe light, the mattress had a huge dip (size of a toddler), in the kitchen the control panel on the freezer didn’t work and the ice maker never filled with ice, the dryer did not dry the clothes without starting the cycle 3-4 times. My biggest issue was that even after alerting mgmt on the first day-we never heard or saw anyone to correct the problems. We will not be staying at this location again.

Majestic 309

The condo was beautiful, however we had so many issues. To start off when we tried to check in at 4, we were told that they had not even started cleaning the condo and that we could wait on the balcony until they were finished. We ended up having to clean the floors, countertops and fridge ourselves as they were still extremely dirty. The bunk room beds were dirty and we had to scrub the railings as they were black. The bedroom right off the entrance was so hot that it was unbearable and we were not able to sleep in it. The beds need replaced, it felt like they were split in half and were very uncomfortable. These are just some of the major issues we had. Aside from the condo, the location is perfect and the amenities were fantastic.

We had a great stay at T2 309 overall. The four-star rating is due to the indoor couches not being comfortable, the ice/water dispenser on the refrigerator not working, and the labels on the stove knobs being completely worn off. The balcony is very nice, but a couple of counter-height chairs would be great additions. Otherwise, the condo was very roomy and clean. Our party of six (three kids) enjoyed the week-long stay.

Perfect Vacation!

This condo was amazing! I was very worried about staying in a large resort, but this place made it feel very homey and comfortable for the week. It is the perfect location! Our groip had 10 condos throughout the resort and this one was the best by far! We will be returning and will only be staying in this condo if the owners will welcome us back! Thank you very much! Perfect stay

Loved the location and the unit is beautiful. Very clean building with security that regularly patrols for wristbands and no drinking in the pool/close to the pool. Parking info was sent the day before to register the vehicles and we never had any issues finding a space. Love that you can drop off/unload on the 3rd floor and walk right over into the condo without waiting for elevators. Only issues-all mattresses/couches were very worn, making it difficult to get comfortable and the room w/2nd king gets very hot (fans were available but still noticably hotter). Overall wonderful stay and would highly recommend. We will be staying here again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Much needed vacation

We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend replacing the mattresses in both bedrooms as one side on each are very broken in to where it feels like you are sleeping on a separate bed, mine was very comfortable but had to roll up to get to my husband lol. Condo had everything we needed but if you want spices be sure you bring them. We always plan ours and bring them others may not. This condo is beautifully decorated and the views are amazing! Nice family trip

Our family of 7 stayed here for 5 days. The condo and our unit was great. The pools were nice and beach access was very easy. The location was also very good. We will plan to stay at the same location again in the future.

It is a nice place just needs a little maintenece.

The place was lovely. We enjoyed ourselves but there are a few things that need maintenence. The dryer needs to be addressed. It took us 2 or 3 times of drying our clothes before they were finally dry. The shower knob in the big master bathroom needs to be tightened. It is hard to get a good temperature because it is so loose. The kitchen could have been stocked a little better with things like hot pads and more dish towels.

Just as beautiful as it looks

We are PCB frequenters and while we have always stayed in The Majestic, we have never had a more lovely condo than this one! It is stunning with so much thought in every detail. It is too notch luxury right on the stunning Gulf. This corner unit also hosted a larger than normal balcony and the third floor primary access was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Property, Great Location

Wonderful unit. Was perfect for our family. The property was well appointed, very nicely decorated and we loved the location. The only negative for us was that the furniture was nearly impossible to sit on comfortably. The beds and main couch were very heavily used - with little to no support and very large gaps/sagging. Otherwise, a really nice place to stay.
