The rooms were not available for checin until 6.30 pm. Also we requested late checkout which they denied, and while were still checking out at 11am, the rooms automatically got locked at 10.50am and we were outside the room and our some luggage still inside the room. It was very bad experience.

Room was good sized, beds comfortable, and clean. Guest services were a bit overwhelmed at night during the holidays, but text based service was responsive. Could do with some updates and touch ups. Dining was good and buffet on weekends was good value. Highlight was the beautiful greens and wonderful Spanish Mission architecture!

Room was as expected. Slightly older- but large room. Hotel grounds are beautiful. Check in extremely slow and receptionist doesn’t fully understand all check in-mobile key questions. One pool was out of service. Hot tubs at times not not enough. Kids running through pool area with no need to slow down. Our fridge didn’t work for 2 days. Management responded when issues arose but felt like they were cutting some corners like turning off heat at 9:30pm for hot tubs and fridge just shutting off. Felt a little weird. Beautiful grounds though.

Everything was top notch. My daughter lived her best 7yr old life with the pool, and other amenities. Memories were made, and we will definitely be back to make more.

I paid more than 300$ a day. But didn’t find any good amenities on the resort. The bowling ally is of little kids standards. We used only pool and hot tub which was outdoor. The usable amenities are as good aa any other decent hotel with swimming pool and hottub. This could be a good choice for someone who is in the Golf.

The carpets were not clean and they smell.. the rooms on the first floor were very dark and minimal sun light. The doors of the rooms very close to eachother and the noise is disturbing. Tge staff are friendly.

I will rate The Westin below 1 star. Started the day when I checked @ 2pm ant the front desk staffs were not attentive, not friendly nor helpful at all. They are kept the members and customers waiting and waiting. Then my room was NOT READY until after 5:30pm. I waited for over 3 hours to get my room ready. I played my tennis tournament on Friday that day and I was exhausted that I needed to get in my room and relax. But I stayed in my car to have a private and quiet time for myself. And this is not acceptable. Please send this complaint letter the management which I will send it to them As well. Thank you
