Hotel staff was terrible, valet never open the door for me, for 4 days I walk bough main door and never once a staff cared to open the door for me.

Room was nice but a little dusty. The fire alarm light woke my boys up due to low battery but the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure is great.

Our room was a standard king. Corner room, totally outdated. Ceiling had 7 different gadgets from large vents to trap doors. Bathroom door handle looked like a utility closet. Not horrible, just not what you’d expect at a Hyatt.

Very clean hotel.. easy to go around.. wish the parking can to cheaper!

Love it was wonderful loved the location and it was quit and beautiful . We will stay there next time we go to Disney land

Everything was great! People at the front desk were very helpful, rooms were clean, kids enjoyed the pool and i was pleased with the restaurants and specially the Bar! Having Starbucks inside the hotel is a BIG PLUS. Hotel is located 5 minutes from Disneyland.

I am a clean freak either the hotel run down a little or it was not clean well. The parking price was expensive $28.00 a day.

Rooms were ok - very worn even though not dated. VIP family suite was large but very dark with only one room containing windows. Beds were lumpy and clearly old - I would def rate this a 3 star hotel even though it’s shown as higher.

Beautiful property, but the housekeeping kills it all. Stayed for three night and the floor was never vacuumed. Upon arrival there was a hairpin on the floor near the TV. On checkout day, the hairpin was still there. Also, long dark hair between the bed sheets with a non-hotel issued lotion on the bed at check-in. Also, clean glasses only supplied one of the three days during the stay. Since we were at Disneyland Park for the days, it was too late upon arrive to have anything done about it. But the error were not even corrected the next day. Again, beautiful property, but who whats to stay in a dirty room. The prices Hyatt charges should easily be able to hire and monitor a decent housekeeping staff. Sorry, but stay at one of the other properties near this Hyatt--not again.

Very nice atmosphere with friendly staffs, but not very please with housekeeping service. On The first day our bed didn’t made at all, it seemed like the sheets were half way done.

Hotel was nice and so were the staff members, room needed a little bit of personality, and bathroom needs some repairs.. while taking a shower, water wasn’t escaping normally, too slow.. stay overall was good..

Nice hotel for the Price we paid. Daily self parking is expensive.

This is a very classy place and not too far from Disneyland. The only real problem is the parking. It's an extra unexpected cost and creates a walk to the lobby even for the handicap spaces

Check in was at 4 pm, wished it was earlier especially when there are kids.

Terrible noise from the next room.. specially water sound of toilet. I was awake several time cause of terrible noise from the next room due to the water sound.. sometimes I was surprised from that noise.

great staff. easy check in and out. BUT $18 a day to park car in the outdoor lot! What a RipOff!

Pleasing to the eye, clean and very professional staff. Rooms need more trash cans. Free transport to Disney Land is a great bonus. Beds were comfortable. Great for business travel but not so much for family stays.

Everything else was good beside the constant loud noise from the air vent/duck even when the AC is not running. I noticed the noise was louder toward the end of the hallway. Our room was one of the rooms at the end, so the noise was very uncomfortable during night sleep, which we couldn't get much of, especially during the first night.

From the check-in desk to the bellmen to the concierge to the housekeepers and the wait staff in the restaurant, the staff was top-notch. Well-trained, knowledgeable and always pleasant and helpful! Wonderful experience!

Staff was very polite. Room showed signs of wear - furniture scratched and marked. Not cleaned well. Chocolate smeared on bedside table. Fingerprints on tv. Coffee maker had issues. Tea not replaced. Even though we were upgraded to a suite because of booking error the suite was kind of depressing. Very dark and there was blood on the blanket we had to use in the closet. Was very disappointed in the cleanliness considering this was s Hyatt hotel. Would not stay here again. Outside of hotel was classy but did not extend to room.
