This is a very classy place and not too far from Disneyland. The only real problem is the parking. It's an extra unexpected cost and creates a walk to the lobby even for the handicap spaces

Check in was at 4 pm, wished it was earlier especially when there are kids.

Terrible noise from the next room.. specially water sound of toilet. I was awake several time cause of terrible noise from the next room due to the water sound.. sometimes I was surprised from that noise.

great staff. easy check in and out. BUT $18 a day to park car in the outdoor lot! What a RipOff!

Pleasing to the eye, clean and very professional staff. Rooms need more trash cans. Free transport to Disney Land is a great bonus. Beds were comfortable. Great for business travel but not so much for family stays.

Everything else was good beside the constant loud noise from the air vent/duck even when the AC is not running. I noticed the noise was louder toward the end of the hallway. Our room was one of the rooms at the end, so the noise was very uncomfortable during night sleep, which we couldn't get much of, especially during the first night.

From the check-in desk to the bellmen to the concierge to the housekeepers and the wait staff in the restaurant, the staff was top-notch. Well-trained, knowledgeable and always pleasant and helpful! Wonderful experience!

Staff was very polite. Room showed signs of wear - furniture scratched and marked. Not cleaned well. Chocolate smeared on bedside table. Fingerprints on tv. Coffee maker had issues. Tea not replaced. Even though we were upgraded to a suite because of booking error the suite was kind of depressing. Very dark and there was blood on the blanket we had to use in the closet. Was very disappointed in the cleanliness considering this was s Hyatt hotel. Would not stay here again. Outside of hotel was classy but did not extend to room.

This was our second trip to Disneyland and with so many options for hotels, I spent a long time researching to try and find the right place. It's quite the rabbit hole. There were four of us going - myself, my son, my friend, and her son - I chose this hotel because it had great reviews and offered a shuttle to the park. We were all really pleased with our stay at the Hyatt! The staff was nice and helpful, the concierge procured us a vehicle for the day to drive to Santa Monica. The shuttle service was perfect (and just $6 a person/day), the room was clean and nice. We had a view of the fireworks from our room.

room temoeture a little difficult to regulate, no ventilation in bathroom, great handicap accessible but Shower separate from toilet wld be nicer, glass wall was filthy (sneeze prints) bedding was clean, fluffy & plenty of pillows. More outlets needed,

Stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days Came in wife, daughter and mother in law Staff and Housekeeping- great. Gave us towels, shampoo, other when asked for it Eric manager was very accommodating with any needs including parking, refrigerator Restaurants are good. Close to disneyland. About a 25 minute to beach depending on time of day Hotel breakfast was included for us as part of our orbitz deal Internet is included- free Shower has good pressure Pool- nice water temperature Basketball court and Tennis court- needs upgrades Gym- nice Jacuzzi- dirty with palm tree debris Arcade room is nice for kids Convention rooms are nice although I did not actually have convention

Decent hotel with friendly staff, but I hope in the future they allow guests to park overnight without charging $27.

nice hotel with valet parking , large lobby good size room.. nice staff , will go back on next trip

Good place to stay. We like staying there even though they charge to much for parking. It should be half of that if you are staying there.

I had an airbnb booked and after seeing it it was one of the grossest places ever! 8 decided to book this hotel last minute and couldn't be happier! (If only parking was included though)

Beautiful Hotel with a friendly and helpful staff, I have stayed here over 25 times and never had a bad experience.

After a long day at Disneyland, we got back to the hotel around midnight to find that a toy that we had purchased, required a small screw driver to free it from the container that it was in. My son was devastated because he wanted to play with his toy for a few minutes before going to bed. On my way downstairs, I ran into a bell hop in the elevator and he thought that he had a screwdriver for me. After searching for a few minutes, he called the maintenance staff for help. Mind you this was at midnight! After a short wait, the maintenance man showed up with a variety of Phillips screw driver sizes and found the one we needed. He gave me the screwdriver and had me free it myself, because he didn't want to be responsible if it broke, which I understood. In no time I was headed back to the room with the toy. He made my two year old son very happy that night, and saved us from dealing with a toddler melt down before going to bed! I was very grateful for the bell hop for initiating the toy rescue, and to the maintenance man for his kind words that evening. I was sure that I would have to wait overnight before finding someone with a screwdriver. I was surprised, and impressed by the professional, service oriented conduct that I received that night.

The hotel was located further away from Disneyland but was an easy shuttle ride over. it definitely was more quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of being located closer to the park which I liked. The room was clean and bed was very comfy. Didn't felt spread out and plenty of room to move around. I agree that some parts of the hotel could be upgraded- some things were starting to show wear but overall the staff was friendly and the room was comfy and pretty quiet and perfect for a few days getaway.

Hotel looks very impressive from outside compare to the ones around it!! Inside is very big and nice . Check in staff was very pleasant and it was very fast. We had a big expectation since they charged 700 dollars for the suit we found out no room service available during the day!! What?? They feel that their customers don't order during the day!!! Asked for a manager which had no idea why or couldn't explain . Movie was not working and room was very dark . For the money they charged it did not met our Expectation.

Infested with roaches and baby poop by the checker game. Mirror and sink in the restroom not much room to get ready and outlets. I will never stay at this hotel.
