My check in experience was very good, kind, good customer service. Rate to see these days. The only thing that may be a disadvantage is they are renovating the whole down stairs. They are still serving breakfast but the whole dining area downstairs isn't available to enjoy. Can't wait to see the final look.

The staff was friendly and location was prime. There is a bus service that's runs from the hotel complex to Disneyland. There are couple of dining options in and around the hotel. The breakfast at the property is worth a mention.
The view of the Disney fireworks is cool. The breakfast is good and has a lot of options. Close to Disney, but not insane prices. We like having a Suite, so this was a perfect option for us.
There was nothing to dislike. Everything flowed perfect. The only thing I could think to improve is elevator speed. Thank you for a beautiful clean facility with wonderful staff.
I love all Embassy suites. This one was great as well. Easy access for transportation to and from Disney. Transportation is not part of the property, but it is literally steps outside the door; super convenient!. Breakfast included. Always a plus. A bit more shade would be nice in the pool area but other than that, we were happy and comfortable. We stayed Thursday-Sunday.
Dining area was not clean, there was thrash that was piled up outside of trash cans. Hotel receptionist did not explain the accommodations due to covid for housekeeping
The staff was helpful in the middle of the night when we needed them. We were there three nights and we never had our trash taken. The room and hotel were run down and the food was not very good compared to other embassy suites. I don’t think we would stay there again.
We always stay here when going to Disney! The breakfast is perfect and kid friendly! And it’s 5 minutes away from the park!!!
Booked a reservation through Orbitz and pay upon arrival. Embassy suites charged me an extra $100. Bait and switch tactic. Also prepare to pay an extra $20 for parking. Other hotels in the area are not charging for parking.
