Cheesy doors - slammed shut at all times - terrible pull out sofa mattress. Convenient location

Enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The cold water in the shower came out hot. I called the guest services and they said they would send someone to see what was wrong, no one ever came. I had to give my 5 and 7 year olds a hot shower by filling up the bathtub and cooling the water first.

Fine hotel but avoid rooms located near the two huge exterior neon lights. The beds in those rooms are located near lights that emit a loud, unbearable constant hum that you don't hear until they are switched on at night. Rooms located away from those lights are large, clean and comfortable. But a normal human with normal hearing cannot sleep in a room that sounds like it is resting right on top of a huge noisy refrigerator, humming and buzzing all night just a few feet away. Even ear plugs can't stop the noise at that particular frequency. Once we were moved to another room, it was very comfortable.

great hotel. Orbitz problem: taxes and fees not included in quote. Was supposed to be about $100 per day..3 days..about $300...made a mistake on dates..two days came out to $300 ..so I had no room for the last night...ended up about $230 for the last night.

Convenient location and terrific happy hour and breakfast! Only complaints are expensive parking and fee to use shuttle to get to Disney. Otherwise, perfect for large families.

I loved the layout, everything was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was top notch and no complaints. Staff was as friendly as can be. Only think I wasn't happy about was the pay to park, not sure if that's the norm in the area.

The only complaint we have is they were doing some kind of construction by the laundry service/ice/vending machine area so every time they used their drill and other tools we would hear it. It was really loud and my sleeping toddler would always wake up and get scared to that noise. It would happen from 8:45-9:30 am for three days straight. If we were told they were doing some kind of construction or at least warned us then it would have been fine. We went downstairs and talked to guest service but we didn't even get any type of apology.

Super easy parking, checking in and getting breakfast in the morning. Great time

On Thursday the 7th, we went to check into the hotel around 11am and was told no rooms were available and to come back in a couple hours. We came back at 1 was told the same and finally decided to wait for check in. We waited in the lobby until exactly 3, was told Kings were oversold (we had reserved a king) and our hotel room was still being worked on. Once I gave my HHonors number, our room was ready within seconds. We were given an handicap accessiblender room which was never discussed with us. It made me upset that the FD didn't even bother asking us. On top of that another FD person told me that I could not recieve any points for incidentals while the manager stated I could. He told me to read the terms and conditions (which I've had) on the website. Overall I will not be coming back to this property.

I just wanted to get away with my 8 month old baby girl. I stayed at this hotel biggest reason is because they have a suite and a room plus breakfast every morning . Since I will be staying at the hotel most of the time , close by Stores and restaurants made it very helpful. The hotel made us felt like home and I almost didn't want to leave.

I can say everything was good except there were clog in the bathroom and the sink, but after I called the CS, they send the maintenance to get it fixed. Otherwise, all were good and nice.

Very nice stay. The snacks at the evening reception we're not as good as previous stays, but still excellent value in staying at this hotel. Housekeeping staff and front desk staff were very helpful.

To start off, I am a member of Hilton Honors program so I have stayed at may Embassy Suites in the past. This one by far was below the standards of other properties. It is worn down and in desperate need of remodeling. One of the chairs in my suite was torn. The dining table had 4 chairs and 2 that were more like desk chairs, completely different that the other 4. Cleanliness in the suite was good. The wall on the 1st floor elevator was dusty and had cobwebs. Shuttle bus service nearby to Disneyland. Service was up excellent. Property not so good.

Great room with the executive which was perfect to meet my family and friends for a anniversary. Great rate with breakfast included

Great location for Disney. Walkable or by shuttle. Close to restaurants. View rooms for fireworks at night. Included breakfast with made to order omelet. Spacious suites for families.

Nice hotel with very attentive staff. It is also a very convenient location with easy access to the highways.

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The room was great just wish we had bigger beds, and the pull out sofa was not comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, just a little crowded at times!! My overall experience was wonderful though!!

Parking is $15.00 a night. Was not aware of this when booking room

We had a large group of family gather here for a visit to Disneyland and DCA. It's great to have breakfast in the morning and head out for the day. The dedicated shuttle is great! It's really nice to go straight there and back without other stops.
