The good : staff was friendly, room was ready right away, free breakfast, and free appetizers & drinks in the evening. Close to the airport and centrally located to the beach & other attractions. The bad: this is right off of 55, the noise from the highway was awful. The windows are old are thin and I didn’t sleep at all for three nights. It wasn’t like the highway was passing thru our room. The room was nice but there was makeup on our pillowcases at check in, and at night we got into bed and our sheets were all sandy and gritty. It was clear someone had been in the bed before us without a change of linens. It took until late afternoon to get our room serviced every day. The parking lot is a disasters. $17/day to park and there aren’t enough spots for every room. If you get in after dinner you will absolutely not find a parking spot and will be forced to valet for $20. Overall it was a decent stay, but the highway noise kept me up all night and I was not able to get the rest I needed. Wouldn’t stay here again if I have the choice.

Tired hotel going thru renovations....needs a lot of work!

I stayed for two nights at The Emabassy Suites in Santa Ana, CA in a King Executive Suite. I was very dissapointed with the appearance of the interiors of the hotel. Aside from the construction in the atrium which was an eye sore, the halls to my room where very dirty looking and old. There was a mildew smell upon entering our room, and it was very dark. I also found hairs on the bathroom tub. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a higher end hotel.

Hotel atrium is under construction which is one of the main attractions of this property. Ridiculous $17 parking charge.Card key seldom worked for parking gate. We had to switch rooms because toilet was not working new room faced freeway which was very noisy. We were there on a weekend and kids were running up and down hallways {not embassy"s fault} I would never stay here again and I like embassy suites.

We usually stay at Embassy South in Anaheim. However, the experience in Santa Ana across the board. The breakfast is better, the Hotel is less crowded and the facility is pristine. I would only want to have a shuttle that goes to the Disneyland resort to make this hotel experience perfect.

I absolutely love staying here. It's close to mostly everything and the staff is incredibly friendly. Only complain I have is, I accidently left something in our room and I'm still waiting for lost and found to get back to me to see if it's been found. Other than that, I enjoy staying here very much.

Had a good time at this hotel/ the lobby was awesome with koi fishes & turtles in the streams. Very nice decor in the lobby with great aerial views and a nice natural setting.

Very nice hotel. Easy check in, lovely room, nice happy hour and breakfast. We had dinner in the sports bar, it's was a nice place yo relax no the food was good.

Nice Hotel, however our room must have been next for renovations. While the rooms were spacious and clean, our fridge was broken, microwave didn't work at all, toilet leaked, door to bedroom did not latch etc. I would love to stay there when they get finished with renovations. Overall it was a great location for us

Staff very helpful and friendly. From the General Manager down to all the staff.

Love to stay there, but this time we found a few updates that need to be addresses

Looks nice on the outside and the atrium is cool, but the rooms are in dire need of a remodel. Breakfast times fluctuate, so check with front desk to get exact times, or you may miss out on breakfast. The staff is not helpful, and the hotel is an all around disgrace to the Hilton brand.

More than met my expectations. Happy Hour was fun and Breakfast was great. Great value for the money. It was exceptional.

Great location - close to John Wayne Airport - and close to LA attractions.

Hotel was very nice, and the complimentary breakfast is excellent!! Staff was very friendly and met all of our expectations. The only downside is that parking is shared with the hotel next door and it is difficult to find a spot even after you get charged $15.00 per night per vehicle.

I enjoyed the hotel's location, facilities, breakfast buffet, and cost.

Embassy suites in general are my favorite hotel brand. Always clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Great breakfast buffet included. Embassy suites in Santa Ana couldn't be different. I've stayed there 3 or 4 times. It is my favorite hotel in Orange County.

We had a very nice 3-night stay at this hotel. Great room and free breakfasts! Checking in was the only irritant. The employee was perfectly robotic... I mean ROBOTIC! I had requested a room with a balcony for my 78 year old mother to smoke, but the agent "checked again" (stared robotically at a computer screen for 8 seconds) and confirmed, with a sweet robotic smile, that there were no more balconies, but heck back in the morning. However, there was a sliding glass door with an 18" deep patio that she could stand on which worked for us! The first room assigned, #632, smelled like mold and mildew, so we were moved to another room, but not before the agent gave us the option for Housekeeping to come check out the stinky room. Weird!

I love the embassy suites. Friendly crew, nice hotel, very clean, awesome breakfast, I'll stay at the embassy suites all the time now.

We always come here. Best value for money. Very good
