At the last minute I changed my hotel to here and I’m so glad I did! The staff of the hotel were amazing, and extremely friendly and courteous! With my toddler sometimes things can get crazy, but they were engaged in her like their own! I will definitely be back :) the only downside isn’t really ...
Beautiful resort very clean! bed was a bit hard but, there is never no comparison to your own bed. Stay here! We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Nice pool, clean, cool room. Our only complaint is that the WiFi didn’t work at all. Centrally located and a Lyft to just about anywhere was no more than 15.00. Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did an amazing job. We would stay ...
Staying at a park hotel is so worth it because everything is so magical and the service impeccable. Totally relaxing vacation because they make sure their guests are happy and the Express pass is awesome:)
This is a very good hotel to use for a Disney vacation. The staff is very friendly both at the front desk and morning breakfast. It is located in a good safe area with a large number of places to eat at. If you enjoy walking it is about a 40 min walk to Disney Springs from the Hotel. We found it easier then fighting the traffic and parking at Disney Springs. We did use the bus service from the Hotel to Disney which saved us the Disney parking fee but instead of catching the same bus back, we use Disney's free bus service to Disney Springs and walk back to the Hotel. That gave us the freedom to leave the park when we wanted.
My arrival to the hotel was going to be way past my check-in time. I called and they made the reservation desk aware of my late arrival. They even upgraded my room.
great vibe. bery convenient. friemdly staff. but bathrooms need upgrade.
Only problem was checked into a dirty room, but manager was great with fixing the problem
