Key card failed 4 times on first attempted room assignment, finally (my insistence) got it right with another room whose card key system actually worked. Room had an overpowering smell of bad, low-quality industrial ("cleaning"??) chemicals. Floor in room was filthy, turned white socks brown within 2 minutes. If you're accustomed to decent hotel rooms, this place is not for you

The phone didnt even have a cord in the room to call down to the desk. No pool towels loud guests at all hours of the night. The water in the hotel smelled like pond water. The only thing i liked was our private bathroom

I like the remodel of the hotel. What I didn't like is once I left my neck was itchy with bumps from the sheets and pillow. I don't think it was watched or clean.

I love the area where the hotel is located. Very quiet and plenty of places to eat. This is my second time staying at this hotel and I have to say it would continue to stay there again. The only set back was that maid service does not come to your room to check if you need any supplies like tiolet tissue. I had to go to the front desk to ask for one because my room had run out.

Spend the extra and stay at Hampton Inn

We arrived at the hotel at 10:30 PM. The receptionist barely acknowledged us. We were handed our keys and told our room number. We went to our room and attempted to get in. The keys did not work. I went back down to the receptionist and was told that the keys were right. I went back upstairs tried the keys again, they did not work. Went back down and again the receptionist argued that the keys were fine. She sent another employee up with us to try and figure out what was going on, come to find out she had written the wrong room number on our key holder. There was no apology or even an acknowledgement of her error. The room was what I referred to as lipstick on a pig. The tile work in the bathroom was horrific. There’s no shelf in the shower to put anything on. It is just the basic standard Vinyl surround. The bed is covered with plastic wrap so every time you rolled over, you felt like you were in a bag of Fritos. Definitely will not be staying again very disappointed oh, and on Hotels.com. It said breakfast was included. There was no breakfast.

Check in seemed a bit difficult as receptionist was hard to understand her English( guessing she was Hispanic). We were a bit surprised to have to pay $3.50 more for “city tax”-seems like usually all taxes are added in when purchasing on line.?..room was basically nice but floor was filthy!
