The property on the outside looked like it was in disarray. There were leaks in the ceiling in the hallway and the internet did not work properly lacking proper security

Hotel needs major updating but great views of the river and enjoyed the balcony. Had a room with disappointing drainage issues. Showers were limited to two minutes because of the slow drain. The tub filled quickly with water and didn’t drain properly. Another family member had the same problem with their bathroom. Nothing the hotel staff could do at the time.

Overall, it just wasn’t a great experience

I likes the room a lot except the patio had all the paint chipping up so when you walked out there and came back in all the paint transferred over onto the carpet. We stayed in the King suite with the jet tub. For the price we paid we were very disappointed that the restaurant, pool, lounge, fitness all were closed. We picked that hotel because they had all of those located onsite. The website should have a red note letting people know before they come that nothing is open. When we asked the front desk about it they basically said we are open just for rooms. Is a slow time for them. So would I stay again, maybe. But overall it was a good.

The hotel has a restaurant on the premises that was CLOSED without the hotel informing up. Nothing within walking distance At All. They have an arcade which also was Closed.

I understood that the property was a bit outdated and accepted that But there were maintenance issues in our room that should never be. The vibe of the place is not one of a well known hotel chain, but that of a independent hotel, barely hanging on and trying not to go under. Regarding our room - the electronic door locks take 5-10 attempts to open the door. The compressor on the A/C didn't work and after a day and 1/2 of 60 degree full high, the room temperature was still the high 70s. The water coming out of the sink was little more than a trickle. The balcony door doesn't lock - the bar AND the lock was broken and we were on the ground floor, leaving our room completely exposed, toilet paper holder (just the bar part) was missing - seriously, that is like a $3 fix. All of these issues were in just 1 room AND this was a premium room. I wrote up our issues and gave them to the front desk at check out, they were accepting...but based on the number of reviews I have read about maintenance issues, I have to conclude that Radisson as a chain is completely unresponsive. Very disappointing.

Older but well maintained and CLEAN, it was easy to check in and the staff seemed to care about the hotel

I was double charged for the room. The water in the vending machine was empty.
