The hotel has a restaurant on the premises that was CLOSED without the hotel informing up. Nothing within walking distance At All. They have an arcade which also was Closed.

Terrible smell everywhere. Dirty carpet. Bad mattresses.

The food was excellent! The service was very friendly.

I understood that the property was a bit outdated and accepted that But there were maintenance issues in our room that should never be. The vibe of the place is not one of a well known hotel chain, but that of a independent hotel, barely hanging on and trying not to go under. Regarding our room - the electronic door locks take 5-10 attempts to open the door. The compressor on the A/C didn't work and after a day and 1/2 of 60 degree full high, the room temperature was still the high 70s. The water coming out of the sink was little more than a trickle. The balcony door doesn't lock - the bar AND the lock was broken and we were on the ground floor, leaving our room completely exposed, toilet paper holder (just the bar part) was missing - seriously, that is like a $3 fix. All of these issues were in just 1 room AND this was a premium room. I wrote up our issues and gave them to the front desk at check out, they were accepting...but based on the number of reviews I have read about maintenance issues, I have to conclude that Radisson as a chain is completely unresponsive. Very disappointing.

Pool was filled with algie. Residents of island were in control of pool.

Rooms had nice bed and furniture. The door to the room stuck in the jamb so you had to force it closed.

WiFi did not work. Bathroom has mold smell. Staff is very helpful.

We had the hospitality suite and it was amazing! HUGE! We had a corner room with four balconies overlooking the Niagara River. Two pull out couches in the living area. Amazing value for what we psid

Pros: 2 large pools Very comfortable beds with nice clean sheets Black out curtains Cons: -They didn’t completely remodel everything so 20% of stuff is still old and broken. -Pool water was a bit murky and it’s so old it looks dirty -lighting is that super bright white like in an office building -Balconies are never cleaned, full of dead bugs and they don’t have chairs - basically unusable -Dirty glass doors ruined a beautiful river view -Doors slam shut so loud and key for doors only work sometimes so you have to stand there inserting them 15x till they finally unlock. -Staff isn’t great, but I guess when you work at a crappy hotel and get complaints all day it’s hard to stay friendly We stayed in the king hospitality suite. It is NOT two rooms with a door between which was disappointing as I wanted to be able to close the bedroom door while others were in the living room. Also they give you only a thin blanket for one of the pull out couch. We had to ask repeatedly till we got sheets for both couches and warmer blankets. We also got the double bedroom right nextdoor that has a door into the king suite but unfortunately the door goes into the room with the king bed - would make more sense if it opened to the living room.

The 14 dollar breakfast was horrible and made me sick... the service at the bar the night before was horrible The room was clean and nice but the jacuzzi tub was wayyy too small for 2 people and the toilet wouldnt flush right.. also i pay 250 dollars for a room.. why no room service?! No tv guide for channels?! Or amenitites around the hotel?!

Hotel room is good but the staff is really okay , hope they can approve their services at the front desk
