The 14 dollar breakfast was horrible and made me sick... the service at the bar the night before was horrible The room was clean and nice but the jacuzzi tub was wayyy too small for 2 people and the toilet wouldnt flush right.. also i pay 250 dollars for a room.. why no room service?! No tv guide for channels?! Or amenitites around the hotel?!

Hotel room is good but the staff is really okay , hope they can approve their services at the front desk

Good hotel for family , nice views, clean and friendly staffs

Location price and staff, easy to get around to places

Called hotel asking if we could check in early by about an 1 hour. They said room was ready. When we arrived I was greeted with a grumpy lady stating checkin wasn’t until 3 and it was 2. I let her know that we called and she proceeded. We were given 2 keycards and upon getting to room our door was open. We unloaded our stuff. I found the safety bar on door was broke and called to have it fixed. Lady at front desk said she would let the engineer know. We went to sightsee and came back at 7. Upon getting to door they keycards were not working. Received new keycards. Door lock Still wasn’t fixed. My husband went down to front desk to complain. They asked for his cell number and would call when someone was on their way. We received call 15 minutes later. The maintanence man came and fixed it. We then proceeded to pool. We were there about 2 hours. Upon returning to room the keys were not working again. So I headed down to reception desk and was given 3 new keys. The night supervisor told me he would have the maintenance man come and look at the card reader on the door. Guess what....he never came. Fast forward to this morning. I walked down to checkin desk and asked to speak to a manager. The guy from the night before informed me that there would not be a manager onsite until 2 pm. He was the night supervisor. So I informed him of all of my complaints and he responded with “I’m sorry”. Wow. For as much money that we spent on 1 night. Yikes

great view from the room. Staff was great as always

rooms with old carpet, we stayed in 535 and 537. Room 535's bathroom's door doesn't work well, once you are in, you will need someone else outside to help you out in most of the cases. I did not pay for this , but it came as a complimentary... :( Breakfast... you pay 14usd+ but get 4usd food, i am sure you don't want it. I wonder why it is in Orbitz's list. anyway... choice is yours, but i am not going there again. enjoy other places.

Two rooms for one night. None of the keys worked after the first use. The front desk staff was friendly and did her best to resolve problems. While brushing Lynna teeth the sink fell down. Yes!! On the Orbitz hotel description it says that there is breakfast under amenities but it turns out that it’s not free. $14.99 per person. This hotel is far from everything you have to pay a toll to get there.

We stayed for a visit to Niagara Falls. Refrigerator and coffee machine in the room was a nice plus. No microwave. Hotel lobby was beautiful and seemed updated as well as some of the room as well however, much updating is still needed. Parking lot has serious damage on the road with huge pot hole. Room balconey needs of repairing and painting, no seating outside to sit on. Overall we enjoyed our visit and I would recommend it but warn of the outdated items.

It's a good location but far from the falls, i guess that is already known... We stayed in 4th floor which is renovated, but didn't like the renovation. the wash basin was tooooo small without any platform. Also there were several flying small bugs in the room (we killed 3). The breakfast buffet is overpriced. I stayed there on 2012 and then 2017 there was a big difference from what i experienced.

OLD hotel. Needs lots of work. Good location but terrible rooms. Uncomfortable beds and really outdated.

We were totally disappointed with our room. The bed was disgusting and we complained after the first night and the manager Laura tried her very best to make things more comfortable for us to know avail. The next day we were leaving house keeping came banging at our door at 9:15 and woke us up from the little sleep that we got from the bed. The only good thing about the room was the view.

I cannot believe this is a radisson hotel. The hotel is very dated. The rooms were stinking. The bathroom was leaking. The ceiling was peeling off! I mean seriously?! I wouldn't stay here if it was free. Not to mention, it was hundreds is dollars for the two rooms we had booked for five of us. The only good thing is the location and river view.

I had a good time. Polite personnel. Friendly bartender. Good experience. Excellent comfortable bed. Had a very night sleep.

They gave me the wrong room number key went back down and exchanged it , came up to the room no internet was provided and I had a lot of work to do then .

All the pics are old, the rooms are outdated, the whole hotel is outdated. The pool closes at 10

Overall the location is good, and to me one of the important thing is a comfortable bed. Only stayed one night, but there are areas of improvement. There was blood on one of the pillows, but there were four total, so no problem. The bathroom door knob was not operating properly, so one could get locked in, and this would have been a problem if I was alone. One would think that they would have found out this prior to a guest in the room. The knob was replaced in a timely manner. There was a odor that was in the room. For the cost, one would expect more.
