Wonderful stay in NYC! Our hotel selection made the trip even better! Super comfortable bed and wonderful room! Awesome rainhead shower!!!

Lovely suite on 27th floor...don't miss the dazzling view of Chrysler Building from the PH lounge. Can't wait to return. Wish I could have stayed longer. Will recommend.

Great location, beautiful room, friendly staff, nice amenities. I just really can't say enough. It was a very comfortable place to stay. It was quiet too and felt cozy. Definitely enjoyed coming into the lobby of the hotel and immediately feeling relaxed from the hustle and bustle of New York. Really, really enjoyed it.

The Kimberly Hotel is one of the best Hotels that I have ever stayed at. Near by are great Restaurants! Whenever, I travel to New York, this will be my home away from home. Awesome Staff, the best! They made you feel welcome and this is an ideal location, we could walk to Time Square, saw some amazing buildings and churches! Cannot wait until my next return to NY!

We stay often in NYC, but our usual hotel has slowly been going downhill. For some time now we've been looking for our new "home" there. We've finally found it at the Kimberly. Everything here is absolutely perfect, from the friendly staff to the fantastic room size and amenities to the best room service meal we have ever had. We are looking forward to our future visits, and planning to stay longer next time so we can rally enjoy everything the Kimberly has to offer.

Booked a 2 bedroom suite the room description seemed perfect we ended up with a 2 bedroom but that was where it ended no view very disjointed layout and horribly noisy not by cars but the air conditioning outside of our window. Staff wasn’t helpful at all seems we were penalized for using Orbitz. Beware when booking!

Great location to multiple metro stops. Hotel staff very friendly. Room was clean and bed was comfortable!

Location, room size and bathroom were great. Wonderful staff.

Love the location and stay here whenever I come to NYC. Only issue was the air conditioning. The bedroom air was working fine but the living area air was not blowing out any cold air. Set on 68 and never fell below 74. Told the front desk on first day and they said they would take care of it although it remained the same. Asked again the second day and we were there when the maintenance man came. He said there was a heating coil in the unit that was never removed!

Spent seven days in this hotel, very clean and nice hotel with a very friendly staff!! My wife and I were out at the Statue of Liberty are second day there and thought we had left the room safe open with over $2000 and are passports and jewelry. So we called and spoke to one of the staff members and two of the managers went to the room and verified that it was open. So they locked it for us and changed the code for us too. Got back to the room and everything was in it!!! So awesome staff and very trustworthy. This will be we're we stay for now on! Also nice quiet location but still close enough to all the action.

Great hotel with terrific staff -- from the front desk, to the concierge to the doormen. All went out of their way to make sure we could have a great stay. They were able to put us on a higher floor as we requested, and accommodated differing check-in times. They also were super with my 8-year-old and are clearly child friendly. All in all, a really great hotel.

Everything was perfect. This hotel is a great example that you get what you pay for - it's costly but it will impress you from the moment you walk in the door. **This is an elegant hotel with a classic feel - it is not a high tech modern hotel.

Excellent staff experiences - checking in; calling down with questions, etc. Room was extremely spacious; bed very comfortable; toiletries nice and unique Overall, a fantastic experience, especially given the (low) price

Great stay! No complaints. The Italian restaurant on site has a complete glutein free menu.

Large rooms, far exceeded my expectation for a NYC hotel. Staff was very attentive. Wife says she won't stay at any other hotel in the city from now on.

The staff were incredibly kind, caring, warm and welcoming - every person we met actually. The accommodations were fantastic - clean, comfortable and really lovely. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful time...close to shopping ...memories are forever

Great room and staff. A bit expensive and would have liked a free breakfast offer.

Great rooms, staff friendly, rooftop bar happening. My jetted tub did not work when I was there, so they comp'd me my internet without me asking. The staff are helpful, the workout facility sufficient, coffee in the room. A great place to stay.

The decor is elegant. The rooftop view and lounge are my favorite of any in the city. The staff were very hospitable. The bed was crazy comfortable. And compared to other hotels in Manhattan, is say that the price is fairly reasonable. This will definitely will be my hotel of choice for NYC.
