Booked suite with separate pull out sofa, was big made up when requested and took an hour to be completed once we came back to room late night. Room had very drafty windows and very thin blanket on very poor mattress. Front desk understaffed and took a while for service.

Polite staff were the only bright side of the stay. Poor amenity with overall bad room quality for the price paid.Uncomfortable , threadbare bedding , tv never worked throughout the trip , bad quality towels . Would not recommend staying there !

Clean room. A little small, but typical for NYC. I stayed with my 10 year old daughter and the cleaning service did a great job of vacuuming our crumbs from late night in room snacking. Some minor inconveniences with the lighting. Track lighting behind the bed would flash ever few minutes when the lights were off. We used towels to block the lighting so it wasn’t a big deal, but the room was a little dark as a result. Very close to the 28th st subway station made it very easy to get to broadway shows, which we did several times.

Room was okay, staff was fine but did not go out of their way to be friendly/helpful, the lobby was nice but the rooms were minimal and carpets seemed dirty. I did appreciate the size of the room considering it's NYC. Also, it was conveniently located. I was overcharged and had to reach out to the hotel for a refund.

The location was great - we were in the center to everything. The housekeeping and front desk staff were friendly and very helpful and responsive. The rooms were very clean and loved the amenities ie lotions, soaps and shampoo/conditioner.
