This was a beautiful property with a very attentive and courteous staff. My room was spacious and beautiful. I loved the high ceilings. Location is perfect for walking to the Bryant Park, shopping on 5th Ave, the New York Public Library and for trains- Grand Central Station is right around the corner. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. Our room was clean and well kept, no complaints at all. Any time we called down for a request, whether to the front desk or housekeeping, they were quick to respond and always accommodating. The location was another huge plus, just a short walk to Grand Central Station, which made getting around the city so easy. Overall, a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!
