Good location, small room

Clean room but small room and very cramped bathroom. Would have appreciated a fan in the bathrooom as well. Good location.

Weekend in NY

My son and I had a great stay at SpringHill Suites. The location is unbeatable; in the heart of Times Square and right across from the theaters. The staff was friendly and helped store our bags until our room was ready. And though the room was very small, it was comfortable and had everything we needed for a few days. Everything was clean and modern. My only complaints were that the shower door didn't close completely, which caused a lot of leaking in the small bathroom. And the outside window was covered in pollen, which made the view less enjoyable. But overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again!

The room A/C was making a very loud noise when the A/C was on and off (both). It sounded like a plane engine in a very small room. We could not sleep. The hotel staff seamed to be aware of the situation and did nothing. 2 hours before our check-out, at 4:30am they offered us to move to another room, how convenient … We have recordings of the room noise at different hours of the day/night and we will ask for our money back. I would not recommend!
