This is a great value hotel, in a wonderful location in the lower east side. The room and amenities were all clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even though you’re in a loud part of town I found you couldn’t hear much from outside. The rooftop is a bonus too. I would definitely stay here again next time I come back.

Excellent location. Queen double bed comfortable. Small room but if you're only sleeping there not a problem. Nice shower though shower curtain barely covered stall at bottom. Great to wake up over the sunrise to wake you up. The bathrooms are really nice and are great to get situated. I enjoyed the stay for 1 night for a quick layover. Definitely in the heart of LES and Chinatown. Has subways within walking distance. Great for solo and couple travelers.

The room was very very small for the price but very clean. Luckily we only had 2 back packs. Not sure where we would have put suitcases. Location is great! Staff very friendly and we were able to leave bags for free before check in and after check out. Rooftop has nice view of Empire State Building.

Staff were great. Room was a bit shabby and rough around the edges, but not dirty or messy. Just used (furniture and curtains were a bit old and showing it). Views were great. Nice, simple rooftop. Rooms are tiny, but not surprising. Great location (near shops, food, subway, etc).
