Room was not up to standards. Very very worn, tired and probably one of their smallest. Originally placed across from elevator we requested a room change and feel we were penalized. In the past we have been recognized as returning guest and treated with appreciation and recognition. Since change in ownership hotel has a different vibe not for the better. Front desk upon check was not responsive to concerns.( room placement and no water for 24 hours) We have been staying here since 2018. Management were made aware of disappointing stay and did provide a small discount. Will have to seriously think about staying at this hotel in the future.

Everything at this hotel feels thoughtfully curated. The servers are warm and attentive, the menu typography is beautifully sized and easy to read, and the natural light pouring through the windows creates a stunning atmosphere. I loved the intimate private nooks, the slippers placed by the bed, and the fresh fruit bowl waiting in the room. Even the small rotary phone was a charming touch. From the live jazz in the lobby to the moments in between, the musical experience is flawless. When the band isn’t playing, even the curated streaming playlist feels perfectly chosen and elevates the atmosphere. The entire property has a gorgeous, cohesive ambiance. You can tell the team pays attention to every detail—even the tone and warmth of the staff’s voices contribute to the experience. Truly exceptional.
