Very nice ,clean ,small hotel the location is very good I will defenetly stay there again !! Staf is helpful!!! And cordial!!!!

Will absolutely stay here again. Great name brand but with the small Boutique feel. Hyatt did a great job with this hotel. The private floor with cappucino, wine, pastries and fruit was an awesome way to start and wind up the day. The staff was great and the area has so mch to offer from restaurants to activities. Close enough to everything Midtown without being in the huge crowds of times square. Rooms very comfortable and dare I say large for N.Y.C.

Free upgrade. Clean. Large rooms. Good location. We we in the middle of it all. Close to times square, and a hop away from the Empire State building. Plenty to do...it's nyc.

I've only stayed in NYC a couple of times so maneuvering the city can be overwhelming but the location of the Hyatt is pretty good. We walked to a show; it was a hike but it worked. Parking is a bear so we used valet and it was worth the $65. Room was exactly what I expected, nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again. The staff was awesome and accommodating.

Great from start to finish (except the distracted staff). I loved the focus on rooms and accessories. The "breakfast" was meager but it was the room I was after. I'd stay again without hesitation.

My wife and I stayed her for a Saturday night getaway. Really nice hotel. Check in and out was a snap, taking only a few minutes. Very clean and modern, up to date rooms. I loved the large shower. Rooms were quiet as well but not soundproof. Great location that allowed us easy access re subway to head downtown for dinner on Saturday night, and then uptown for breakfast on Sunday morning. Don't really have any negatives. Enjoyed our stay and would go back considering the deal we received through and the location.

48 and Lex Hyatt is a reasonably valued stay in midtown. Rooms were well appointed with comfortable bed, were reasonably sized, and had an excellent shower. Location is central to many midtown attractions, grand central terminal, theater district, etc. although it can be difficult to get other places during some times of day and we had difficulty getting a taxi especially when it started to rain. We had stayed our previous night at the Quin, and this hotel was much less expensive with a larger room and with almost comparable amenities. Pros: central location, excellent staff, clean, modern rooms, excellent shower Cons/limitations: No free wifi, small fitness center, difficult to get a taxi

Staff was lovely, room was pristine and comfortable and pretty big for NYC! Location was ideal for the program I was attending. Hotel has very good amenities. I would highly recommend.

Great staff, comfortable room. Typical NYC overpricing but nice central location.

Great location. Amazing and friendly staff. Our four night stay was excellent all around... we're so happy we found our perfect little boutique hotel for future travels.

The experience was great. First, the staff was just super, helpful, courteous and very pleasant. The room was beautiful, the bed super comfortable and the 2nd floor lounge area for the guests was very nice. Frankly, I judge a hotel by the softness of the towels and the quality of the shower, both of which were terrific.
