I loved that it was quite, clean, and the staff was awesome. Johnathan and Melvin were great and get 2 thumbs up.
I enjoyed almost everything about this hotel. The morning breakfast, how each meal is prepared, how clean it was, the fresh smell the space and size of the room. Only I did not enjoy was the hiding fee of $20 a night.
Easy access to subways. Not many options to eat out but overall great location and nice staff!
Overall, the experience was excellent. Room was clean. Room's were nicely updated with nice bathrooms. The free breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Unfortunately, I was placed in a room on the first floor closest to the check-in desk/lobby/eating area. The noise level in my room was simply unacceptable. From around 6AM to 10PM, I could hear music, talking, furniture shifting around and plates clattering loudly in my room. Honestly, this is just unacceptable and the hotel management should construct a sound-occlusive door leading to the first floor rooms. I would not stay at this hotel again if I was put in a room on the first floor. Aside from that very glaring issue, I would say the hotel is wonderful.
The amenities need upgrading. Gym is poor. Blah blahh

hotel handeled the situation vey bad, i checked in for hotel at 12 am , at that time they realised that that room has some issue, so they relocated me to another hotel, which they took around 1 hour for starting the process of finding room at other hotel, so at 1 am i got to that hotel . my point was they dint even care finding a room when they noticed initialy and they waited until i arrive. i booked this hotel with upfront payment for three days from hotel side they dint even feel like reimbursing any amount for that day, which they caused trouble

This hotel needs renovation and the rooms are really small. The staff was AMAZING.
great location. so many things to walk to right there. the staff was great at finding us a cab for 6 adults heading to a cruise ship. we had a lot of luggage and they got us the right guy.
Hotel rooms were tiny. Our ac did not work. Overall all I understand this is New York City however our rooms bathroom was larger than our room
Nice hotel near Wall Street, a few minute walk from Bowling Green subway. I don't know if I can post the parking daily charge in this review, but make sure you ask for it before you book because it's very steep, both for valet and self-parking, and there are no "in-and-out" privileges. Without this steep charge (which was not advertised in any form) my rating would have been much higher.
