Kept us waiting after everyone else got their rooms, even though we were standing right across from the desk. Had to ask to get into the room 30 minutes after regular check in time. Room tended to be too warm despite lowering heat temperature did have exterior window to open to let in cold air but no screen so didn't want to just leave open. We made it work.
