Not an enjoyable night. We could literally hear every footstep from the room above us. No curtains, only mismatched shutters over the windows that did not fold together or keep out the morning light. Furniture did not fit in the room and it was very cramped. No beside lamp, or any other lighting, only canned ceiling lights. No towels by the sink nor place to hang your towels except a very dusty unclean clothes rack. Bathroom door did not shut all the way. Great location right in downtown, and Budget friendly, but I would recommend spending a bit more and staying somewhere else.

1. When we arrived the toilet in our room was running and didn’t flush. I had to open the back and found the plug was not sealing, and had to rig it to get it to flush. While doing that, I noticed hair on the floor and boot prints showing that it hadn’t been cleaned. I called the front desk and they moved us to a new room. The keys they gave us didn’t work. They had to get us replacement keys. 2. We called and she’s for a late check out, as is our usual. They wanted to charge a $100 fee! We found this absolutely outrageous. In our experience, other hotels are gracious about the extra hour to pack up. Dealing with certain health issues takes a bit of extra time and $100 for an extra hour is just ludicrous and exemplifies poor service and a gouging approach to the guests needs. 3. Overpriced. Do not expect coffee in the room or quality soaps. This is a bare bones motel. No extras, poor service, and it is dirty.

Made last minute reservation and this was the most affordable hotel that didn't cost $400 or $500 a night. I was very please with my stay here. The Front desk staffs were nice and accommodating and provided extra toiletry and a sewing kit upon request. The sewing kit was a life saver for clothing malfunction before heading out to dinner. The room was very clean and there are plenty of parking in the overflow parking lot behind the hotel. The hotel is centrally located and short walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. In the morning there are complimentary coffee in the lobby. Gary, the General Manager, is great. He gave wonderful advise for where to wine taste downtown, eat, and where to have a little clubbing. Gary even gave us his card and told us to mention his name at the places he recommended to get buy one get one free deals. We wish we could have stayed an extra night, but when we initially book the hotel room, all rooms for following night were sold out. However, upon checkout Gary mention last minute cancelation and being able to accommodate us. Unfortunately, the other hotel which was further away would not let us cancel without paying for the room so we had to stick with the other hotel. I would definitely stay here again because Gary is fabulous and left such a wonderful impression. Our interaction with him made our hotel stay even better.

Excellent location! Right in middle of downtown area easy walk to everything. Rooms are spartan, no lamps. Good value considering location. Walls are thin you can her people in other rooms talking.

I loved how close it was to everything around downtown.

Staff was amazing!! Really friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable on Napa’s fun activities. Hotel was nice and clean, safe parking, and overall great.
