In general I found the hotel to be clean and comfortable, however; I was really disappointed to see that upon checking in there was no one at the front desk and that when the employee finally came out from the back to greet us he was not wearing a mask. As my spouse and I are both healthcare providers (and were traveling for the first time since the pandemic) we found this to be an unsettling start to our experience, especially given that upon walking in there are multiple signs about masking and policies regarding COVID-19. That being said, the following morning a different staff member was at the front desk and was wearing a mask, but the previous employee was clearly not, and continued to not wear a mask the duration of the evening.

We very much like the convenience of the onsight restaurant. Very good food

Early check in was nice so we could use the pool and hot tub

The staff was wonderful during our stay. Traveling with 3 kids can be a challenge, but they were accommodating of every need. The pool was actually warm enough to swim in (most hotel pools are freezing), the suite with a separate bedroom was great, the breakfast (not included with most rooms) offered really great options. I'd recommend booking through Hilton Honors so you can add the breakfast as part of your room rate because it's pricey if you pay separately. There was some construction in the lobby area, which was a little messy, but I appreciate the effort to renovate. It seems like this place really cares about making things better. I hope to stay there again!

The room was very nice. The staff were all extremely friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was very good. A great overall value for the price.

The place was great and the staff was wonderful. I was worried that there would be a lot of noise as there was a lot of kids there that day, but it was very quiet. Great place and will be back.

The mattress was clearly past its prime. It sagged on the edges and was lumpy. The air conditioning system was a bit noisy, keeping my wife awake at night. The price was right, and value was reasonable, but we still expect a better room at a property like this one.

The overall lobby was very welcoming! I liked the Bar in the lobby. It was fun talking with some other guests there.

Lots of renovation work going on, damage to walls by main elevator lobby and not an especially welcoming site, but the rest of the property was fine. Not consistent with toiletries in rooms and no instructions on what appears to be a complicated shower system. The rooms themselves are very nice and the staff were courteous and very helpful. The location is very good, quiet at night but only minutes away from anything you might need.

the breakfast buffet was mediocre for the price, had to ask for a table to be cleaned so I can have a place to eat. Service was not present at all. If I wasn't an honest paying customer I could've walked out without paying.

Check in was friendly and efficient. The shower could have been much cleaner than it was although the bed and the room were fine. Breakfast was a bit confusing and overpriced. Would I stay there again for convenience? Yes. Special occasion? Probably not.

The later check out was good for us. Easy to get toO

Perfect for an overnight trip to the casino. Good price, clean and convenient. Took Uber over and back to casino.

Nice hotel staff. Roll away bed was requested in advance and was in room prior to check in- thank you!

Convenient location, professional and friendly staff.

Friendly helpful staff. Front desk staff steered us to a grest restaurant for dinner. Late night bartender was super when we came back for a nightcap.
