Hotel and staff awesome , orbits on the other hand screwed up the reservation and tried to pass it off as my fault then when that didn't happen they tried to blame the hotel. I will not use orbits again, when I called to get action it was from a call center over seas. I do not appreciate this. If I would have known sooner, I would never had used orbits.
The interstate is so close to hotel that is was a little noisy but the staff was extremely friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was very nice and large. Close to everything - we had mardi gras ball at auditorium.
