The room was not clean bed dirty it had hairs all over the place it look like they did not change the sheets TV did not work why five wasn’t working when I try to call reception the phone did not have the numbers and there was no dial tone after inspecting the phoneThe phone did not have cable to wall so you cannot call front desk unless you had to walk outside to tell them which we did and the Personnel did not show any effort and getting anything fixed

I liked the location but it was pretty torn up ..the walkways needed to be cleaned ..the breakfast was comical at best ....

Was unable to get internet service 2out of 4 days. Television service went out time and time again due to “weak signal”.

Room was ok, but the service was below average. We stayed two days, bedding was not made up on 2nd day. Toiletries, coffee, bed & trash was not replace or refurbished.

The clerk in the morning was very professional and very accommodating.

Coffee was weak in the room, breakfast was missing any protein

The hotel served as our first rest stop for our route 1 trip. It was updated, clean and did not smell like cigarettes. It's conveniently located near fast food restaurants.

My room was next to the utility room which made it difficult to sleep due the loud noise coming from the utility room. The housekeeping staff woke us up with their loud yelling and constant loud talking in front of our room door. The breakfast was lacking! The breakfast items were not replenished by 8 am and I ask the hotel attendee for a yogurt and she informed me they were all out. The door to the bathroom was had dirty stains and the bathroom floor had hair strands from the prior occupant. The bathtub had dark stains. The Television remote did not work. Dissatisfied with this hotel would not stay here again!

We booked two “Non Smoking” rooms, but upon entering they smelled of cigarette smoke. The outside of the facility had too many flies flying about the whole time we were there. Their free breakfast was excellent, especially the mini waffles!! Their free shampoo/conditioner was not nearly enough for even a person with no hair. - we actually had to pick some up at Walmart. Their location was great - close to stores and restaurants. Even with my complaints I would stay there again - just ask for better smelling rooms.

I was staying there on Friday, August 3rd. The receptionist was extremely rude. She literally hung up on me when I was calling and trying to confirm my reservation earlier that day. When we got there, she was talking to us in a very rude and cold way. The room that we got was not that great for the expensive price we paid (almost $160). The bed and pillow were so uncomfortable. Overall, bad experience and overpriced. I'd not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is a decent no frills hotel. Room was clean but the AC was not working at night. Other than that everything was fine.

Oscar at the front desk was very helpful! Very professional and was able to get me checked in

I liked the location but it was pretty torn up ..the walkways needed to be cleaned ..the breakfast was comical at best ....
