Room very run down and neglected. Paint chipping off walls. Carpet filthy. Stains on both chairs in the room. Dusty furniture. In desperate need of an upgrade. Prostitutes walking the street across from the hotel and sirens going all night. I wouldn’t recommend and personally won’t return.

This was a drop in stay visitng family in ICU. Needed a last minute place to stay overnight. However when I got inside tried to turn on the TV and realized the remote batteries were dead. I didnt mind too much that aa i was too exhausted to care. I went back to the hospital and came in about 9pm there was other guests playing loud music from their car in the parking lot to the left of my unit. As well as the unit above me had a couple arguing and stompping on the ground for a couple of hours between 11pm to 2am. I had to leave early and checked out at 530am so not a very restful night. Otherwise, the unit was clean, and the air conditioner worked. It would have been more enjoyable if other guests had respect for others or if you had security patroling. Its a rougher neighborhood and you might consider such.

Front desk called and complained about my service dog. Deactivated my keys so i would have to go to front desk. So they wanted to charge me $200 for my dog after i checked in with my service animal card. I felt very uncomfortable and would like Hotels.com to refund me 1 day off my stay. Since i wanted to leave but new i payed third party.....

The hotel staff was good. The hotel had very little to none of hot water. And understandably it is not situated in the best of neighborhoods, there was continuous prostitution at night. The majority of the people staying at this hotel were families with small children yet no one in management seemed to care that prostitution was common at night. Extremely disappointed in the environment.

The door was broken, and the wedge could see outside. It was really loud. There was people smoking weed in the hallways. There was empty alcohol bottles in the hallways. The breakfast options were limited. The air conditioning didn’t work.

The breakfast was terrible as the tables were disgusting. Nobody clear or clean them off. The lady at the front desk was so absorbed into her phone that did not pay attention to anything or greet anyone. We like the location as it was near by everything we needed.

We needed a short place to stay to meet with family at the last minute and we saw that the Super 8 had one of the higher reviews off of Expedia and the price was right. Some of the hallways had flys swarming around not sure if that was because of visitors not picking up after themselves or staff not cleaning the areas thoroughly enough. The unit we stayed in had a sewage smell/old cigarette smell that seemed to come up the bathroom drain. My husband used a cup to cover the bathroom sink drain hole to see if it helped mask the odor and it did. There were scratches on the bathroom mirror. The tv remote control was cracked and could not get the station. We liked the firmness of the bed, the fridge and microwave in the room.
