Everything was good, but we didn’t have anywhere to hang clothes up.

I think I been overcharge with one star hotel , no break first, no daily cleaning and price is more than 100 per nite !

There was trash under the beds, old socks, taki chip bags, random pieces of junk. The shower curtains had mold. The bottom of the tub looked dirty.

It was entirely convenient for attending the Monterey Jazz Festival. I returned, collapsed, & arose to attend the festival. A modest crash pad was needed, and PBI was a-ok in all aspects.

Basically what I expected, but had no other options less than $500 passing through on a holiday weekend…so bit the bullet and stayed for a short night. No bugs, thank goodness, but no fitted sheet. The keycard holder had been reused… a lot, it was gross. It’s a piece of paper, why? There was mold on the door and in the bathroom around the window, the sink was not clean. The door did not feel secure when locked. The parking lots was dark with various people loitering around throughout the night/morning. The upsides, the sushi place across the street was decent. Also the Economy Lodge next door looked worse…so at least I didn’t end up there. No reason for small places like this to be so uncomfortable, small improvements in cleaning and security would go a long way…for $250 a night at least correct the basic things listed.

It’s an ok motel. You get what you paid for. Motel room is small and a bit old. I won’t stay here again.

The hotel hasnt been renovated in over 10 years which is 5 to7 years you renovate a hotel. Toilet was wobbly water pressure for the sink way too high. Smells like somebody smoked in there and burn marks in the blankets from a cigarette

The room was clean. Check in was fast. Staff was helpful. Convenient location. We had a great vacation.

Great hotel, great price, close to the beach. Very modern interior, nice window blinds, dual flush toilet, above cabinet sink, etc.

It’s a decent place to sleep and shower. The bathroom was completely new and remodeled, which was a nice surprise. The sheets and towels were very clean, but the furniture was old and worn, and the hotel is not really a place you’d want to hang out. But for a cheap place to sleep it’s fine.

Good location just minutes from downtown Monterey! Aquarium, cannery row and the pier are all just down the road. You can be there in just a short drive away!! Golf is plentiful nearby as well as shopping and sight seeing in Carmel! You get what you pay for and this meets most families needs most adequately.

Had to give a $100 deposit upon arrival. Internet not working properly. Toulet broke, which I fixed!!! Previous guest dinner still in mucrowave......Then they had to check the room upon departure before giving back my deposit....

We checked in early and the hotel staff promised us the best room. What we found was "ok" so far. The room was spacy and the bed was cozy. The equipment was old and run down. We had problems with the wifi and the only thing the hotel staff did was to give us a number where to call in case of problems. From our perspective, bad service.

I had Prostitute on both side of the room. Room did not have any closet to hang cloths. Therefore had to leave out of bag. I asked If I could cancel was told no. Breakfast is included but it starts after 8:30 am.

If when checking in even the reception area does not want to open the door and have just a glass where you can't hear; that's a red flag. Also there bed was not all that comfortable.
