Paid a LOT of money for our room to not have ac :/ extremely hot and uncomfortable the entire stay. Asked them to have someone come and look and they never did. Felt like a waste of money since we barely were even in the hotel

Poor accommodations but Good Staff

No parking and no luggage carriers so its not great if you have a lot of stuff. There were signs of bed bugs in my room it looked like it had been taken car of but there was staining on mattresses. The a/c didnt work and there was a shot in the qiring of the bayhroom that made the light occasionally stobe. The staff was all incredibly helpful and very nice though.

Had a wonderful two-night stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Great attention to detail and excellent service throughout—would definitely stay again.
