Awful service. Bugs in the room. Window was left open. Toilet was not flushed, room was a disaster.

I would never stay at this place again. Checking in was horrible and so not professional. I arrived around 11p at night and no one was at the counter. The lobby was closed so you had to go to the side window. Rang the bell for almost 20 minutes no one answered until my husband pounded on the back window and a lady came out with pajamas on looking like she just woke up. She was rude with no hello or greeting. All she said was yes! She processed my reservation giving me a key for my room that did not work so I had to go back to the front desk twice, so the third time a male comes out telling me that the room she gave me is not available to rent cause there is something wrong with that door lock and she didnt know. He gave me a key to a new room! The room was so bad, the ceilings have paint coming off as well as the back of the door, the bathrooms had stains from like years ago. The sheets had like some stains on them I had the maid lady redo our sheets. I was pissed!! The only thing I could say good about this was the male at check out he was friendly and kind..

Terrible.no cleanliness.i have reservation but when I came to check-in,they are saying rooms are full and adjusted one room which is dirty and even don't have keys.lot of hair in bathroom and no cleanliness.worst hotel that never saw in my life.I would suggest never choose this hotel.

My room was in terrible condition. Paint & wallpaper peeling; broken liight fixture in bathroom, broken drawer handle, grafitti on back of door. Floor lamp inoperable. The 'breakfast' consisted of black coffee (w/powdered cream) and white bread (w/margarine spread); that's it. Staff was very helpful in answering questions & making the best of things, but the owners need to step up the maintenance and improvements to the property.

Needs a serious face lift! Room was in horrible condition!

The lady who checked us in was sleeping, tired, not friendly, and I couldn't understand her from the window. The room is OLD and the bed was uncomfortable. Its just an out of date kinda place. Not worth the money paid.

The shower tub water was not going down I fo not happy about that

Should have know a $100 hotel near San Jose wouldn't be a good idea.

I travel often for work, sometimes I stay in 5 star resorts, sometimes in motels. This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. There is an outdoor pool that has been condemned by the county of Santa Clara and there is a strong stench coming from the pool that I could smell from inside my room! When I woke up in the morning, there were three large spiders crawling around on the bedroom walls. I could not wait to get out of there.

Hotel was ok you get what you pay for, a low end room. Major disappointment was the pool was closed by the health department!

you get what you pay for; a cheap room. The bed was uncomfortable the pillows are too high and stiff so you're going to have a hard time sleeping. My room had a missing security dead bolt lock and in front of the room there are 3 appliances with only two sockets. if you needed an extra light you would have to unplug the tv or mini fridge in order to use the lamp. in other words, you're better off spending an extra $10 for a comfortable motel room across the street that feels luxurious compared to the rooms at this place.

not a dirty room, but furniture and finishes can definitely use an upgrade. Oh, and their clean towels had yellow stains....

Good motel for the value. Good stay. Coffee only at front desk in morning and often the small coffee brewer is empty. Cheap muffin is free too.

Located right off the freeway. Easy to get to, easy to head back out on the road. Room was clean and spacious. Bath mat stained and moldy. Breakfast very lean.

when I follow my GPS to get off FWY880, the TravelLodge was just right next to the FWY. It is very convenient to a Biz traveller. For everything else, don't expect too much. No expectation, no disappointment. you get what you paid for. It's just a place to sleep. One thing though, the blankt smells.... but I fell asleep within minutes, I guess at least the bed is still quite okay.

Got in late manager was stoned and didn't know what day it was so it took 20 min to find my reservation Kept telling me no reservation after she found it all was good whew

If you are a trucker passing through or a blue collar worker that needs a cheap place to stay for a few days while you work during the day, this is for you. If you are visiting for a week on pleasure, you might want to spend a few bucks more on a nicer looking place. Pros: comfortable bed, coffee maker, excellent internet service, easy access, good parking, convenient stores nearby. Cons: clean but stained carpets and towels, no airport shuttle, no real breakfast, usual noisy AC, terrible shower.
