Stayed here for a week: 1) Front desk staff is welcoming and attentive. 2) Good breakfast assortment and is varied everyday. However, bacon was gone by 8:30 and they did not replenish, despite 20+ more people arrived. Breakfast ends at 9am. It is very crowded and understaffed (needs at least 3 attendants). Guests waiting for coffee... waiting for plates & silverware to be washed... waiting for bread, etc. Why not just use paper plates & plastic utensils (so the attendants can focus on replenishing food items)? 3) Front lobby building is detached from room building. No roofed breezeway connecting to rooms (it was pouring rain and we were soaked). You have to exit doors and re-enter with your key card. 4) Hallway carpeting looks tired. The hotel could use a remodel job. My room wasn't vacuumed upon check-in. 5) Laundry room hasn't been cleaned since I've checked in. One dryer has been out of order since .......??? 6) Very nice of hotel to offer social/happy hour snack & drinks! 7) Side parking very dark; needs illumination !!! 8) Hotel is not sound-proof. You can hear hallway conversations & kids running around above your floor. 9) Location is isolated from restaurants, shops, supermarket. Mainly surrounded by corporate/business.

I only stayed one night but the room I had was huge and the kitchen was full size. I have stayed at this hotel before for a week and my only complaint is the mediocre breakfast. The furnishings are a bit worn in the living room area but overall the rooms are well maintained and clean.

We visited the hotel, after a visit to Boston. It was a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathroom. They are pet friendly as someone's dog had left a package in the hallway without cleaning it up, we told the front desk staff and they took care of it promptly. The room had a nice gas fireplace and full kitchen. Very clean . Parking is a little strange but we found the closest entrance for access to our room.

A little run down for a Marriott. The staff was great but the hotel seems to be doing things a little on the cheep. There are dishwashers in the rooms but no dishwasher soap. There is regular dish soap but someone is adding water to it to save a buck. There is a dish sponge but mine was on the floor of the cabinet near the garbage, unwrapped and filthy. The beds all have sheets of plywood between the mattress and the box spring. I assume to make up for their age. The lobby is not attached to the hotel and requires a key to get from the rooms to the lobby as well as a short trip outside. Not fun in the rain! But as I said , the staff is friendly and top notch although I was sent to an unmade room, Twice!

Very nice suites. The bed was very soft (most important for me :)) Bathroom with bath and shower, separate wash basin Very good kitchen with enormeous fridge, enough equipment available. Study/work table available. I was at the 2nd floor and I liked the red curtains and the view. There is no bar or restaurant, but there is a small shop where you can buy snacks/beer. Breakfast is included and offers a good variety.

We are in the midst of an anticipated long stay here due to a recent accident at our condo building. While living in a hotel is far from ideal, this hotel keeps things as comfortable as possible, mostly because of the staff. They are very accomodating. We have dogs so rather than have the housekeeper come in while we are at work, the hotel has allowed us to schedule times to have the room cleaned. Any time we call the desk for new towels or anything else, they bring it to us within 5 minutes. Even more so, I am writing this review to give a special shout out to Juan and Marcelino, who were working on snow cleanup after yesterday's blizzard. I went out to clean off my car, and immediately they both came over. I assured them I could handle it, but they insisted. One took the brush out of my hand and the other got a shovel and began shoveling out the tires. One of them even got into the car to back it up for me, knowing that it would be difficult with all the snow. These two employee really went above and beyond for me today, and I hope that management will recognize them for doing so!

It's the responsibility of the management to get things sorted out for providing the best service to customers. It's been a week since the wifi stopped working and no action has been taken to restore,appreciate if this can be sorted out at the earliest.rooms are quite spacious well equipped,people are courteous and room service is good and the breakfast spread is good!!!

The staff and the quality are top notch. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs in any way possible and make us feel at home, after the stress of a recent move and while transitioning to a new place. Rooms are clean and spacious and hospitality is second to none!

We stayed here on our way through MA up to ME. We checked in late one evening and left pretty early the next morning. Check-in was quick and easy and our room was clean and comfortable. No issues with noise or anything else. We would return.

Disappointed doesn't begin to describe the stay. We checked in at 9:30 pm and they overbooked the room type I wanted. So they tell me there are two rooms left. I told them I'd take the two rooms if they charged me the cost of the one room. Guy at front desk says ok. Then he tells me one of the two rooms isn't ready yet. It's now 9:45 pm on a Saturday night. Why wouldn't the room be ready? He says give us 15 minutes. I go to the room and it smelled horrible. Then I see food on the walls and door!!! I go down to the front desk to tell the guy and all he does is apologize. He doesn't offer to send anyone up to clean it or anything. He doesn't do a thing about it. I was at a loss for words. The next morning I get the copy of bill under door. They charged me the full price of the two rooms not the price of the room I wanted. The girl at the front desk was nice and got it fixed but what a waste of time. The GM comes in and I tell him about the room. He could have cared less and offered a weak apology. The whole experience was mind boggling! I can't even imagine what took place in the room before we checked in. Disgusting! How does service like this still occur in the 21st century? Just do your job!
