Our room was not ready when we arrived. The room had a Nasty smell and we were moved to another room. On Sunday our room was not made up. Bad experience
Location was odd plus signs were tiny and easy to miss. Place smelt of chemicals from cleaning… rooms were nice n clean. Breakfast was good and area was clean. Coffee was very strong. Liked the coffee pot in the room. The lady at the desk was very nice. Helpful getting ice due machine being broken. For the price it was ok. We didn’t care for the location as it was or appeared to be remote for safety. We were there for a funeral and it was somewhat close to family.
Staff was friendly, gym, lobby and pool seemed nice. We had reserved a King Suite. Online pictures and room configuration were nice. When we checked in, we found the room was nasty. Carpet dirty with chewing gum embedded, door to utility closet and luggage stand rusted. Mold on ceiling. Bug running around bathtub. Smelled like something dead in room. Food under bed. Left room promptly. Front desk very apologetic and stated they didn't rent room frequently.....would have thought owner or manager would have checked the condition.
TV in room did not work. Staff would not turn off CNN in breakfast room.

Room was stinky! Carpet was dirty and soaked by the AC unit possibly water was coming from a cracked window. Bathroom 🚽 was dirty and bathtub 🛀 was clogged Coffee ☕️ pot was super dirty and hasn’t been cleaned in ages One window 🪟 was cracked in half and clearly a safety hazard The room was dim there was only 1 dirty old lamp 💡 in the room and a reading lamp One thing which really bothered us was the room service. They didn’t even touch anything all the did was fixed the bed sheets and left. When we came back bathtub still had water in it. Only reason I’m giving this hotel 2 stars is because of the front desk staff was friendly and breakfast 🍳 was ok REVIEW PICTURES FOR DETAILS…!!! We stayed from September 3rd, 2022 to September 5th, 2022.
It wasnt close to things. It was hidden. But everything else was fine. Good service with staff

Everything was fine
The property was located in an neighborhood area where it is easily missed. Only a small sign to indicate the road to turn on to get to the property.I didn't find it conveniently located to dining areas. Mostly adjacent to car dealership and industrial type facilities. The rooms were nice and clean but not much in amenities available. I saw a coffee area but it was closed. The room were clean and comfortable.
The building and room smelled like it had water damage. The mattresses were not comfortable at all. The pillows looked plush and cushy but collapsed very easily. I didn't sleep very well at all. I won't stay here again.
