The cleanliness wasn't bad, but the condition of the property is horrible. The walls are crumbling and moldy, many things don't work (a/c, ice machine, some outlets, etc), and there are cockroaches. The bathroom floors are cracked and not fixed in place, draperies falling down . . .

At chek-in counter, note says "ring bell for service", after 20 minutes then an unfriendly guy shown up. This location has no elevator. There are 4 entrances. Pool was closed for the season. Had free simple American breakfast. There are restaurants near by.
