There is a list of fines for such items as leaving blinds open, not putting items in dishwasher, not setting temperature in EACH room, not taking out trash etc. We felt like we were working for the management company, not enjoying a vacation! And we paid a cleaning fee too! Won’t stay there again.

Nice location at the end of the building so only one connected unit and a view of trees on the other side. No washer/dryer, but you do have keys to the pool/community area with washer/dryer. Be aware these units are three levels so you should be okay with stairs. Lots of room and great kitchen, dining, and living room area. Management was very nice. Location is walking distance to Village Gondola (when it’s open again).
