Great location for a visit to USC. Friendly and helpful staff.

We reserved it for members of our staff to go to professional development. Everything worked out well so it was a great trip.

The hotel staff is very friendly. There were issues with the drains in the room and they were fixed promptly.

This is an OLD hotel. It's not worth the price. Stay somewhere else. It needs to be updated. It is not fancy or modern at all. They charge lots of money because there is no other hotel in the area.

It's true what they say about booking with a 3rd party. Our room was next to an exit on the street corner which was very noisy. The street & highway noise was bad. The bathroom tub was old and the paint was coming off about 18 inches. The white stripping around the sink was bad. A broken lamp shade looked like someone hit it. The TV didn't work until we called for maintenance. The air conditioner was running but didn't cool down. The tree garden in the courtyard is not very appealing and looks out of place. After one night stay I went to the front counter and the woman I spoke with talked in circles and didn't help. The price you pay to stay in this hotel is not worth it.

This was a good value for your money. The only issue I had was not being able to have a cot in our room when the room said it was good for 3 children. 3 kids couldn’t fit in a full size bed. Other than that, the restaurant was good, friendly staff, and we had what we needed. We ended up making a little bed of sheets and pillows on the floor and my 10 year old was happy.

Very convenient to USC campus, Coliseum, Downtown LA, and LAX. Easy to get to and from parking garage.

Excellent choice for its proximity to USC. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Very good stay...and the room was very clean and comfortable..

location is great but thats about it. Staff doesn't seem to care.

I stayed one night and booked a suite for my 4 friends (5 girls total). Our room was beautiful with a view of their garden. We had two double beds and couch that turned into a single bed. The bed was uncomfortable so my friend slept on the couch instead. We attempted to check in earlier than our 3pm time so I called and was told the room would be ready. I arrived at 1:45 and it was not so they were suppose to call me. I did not get called me so I arrived at 3:15pm and my room was still not clean. After another 20 minutes, it was finally ready. The front desk staff were very nice but their house keepers were not doing their part. Other than this, the hotel stay was great. $25 parking just so you know.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel the room was very nice and so was the staff

The hotel is very clean, nice lobby and friendly staff, great pizza next to it and great breakfast buffet. Very comfortable beds. The only problem was the air conditioner, it is very old and loud!! You just kinda have to get used to it and try to ignore it cuz thats how they are! I stayed there for 3 nights, First night was terrible then I took the bed that was farther from the AC and it was better, sleept way better that the first night.

Nice hotel, safe and convenient location. Only issue was water pressure, and better directions from hotel staff on how to re enter hotel after parking (we ended up walking down a dark driveway entry).

Everything great except for the big black eye of the stay and it was that our room door did not work, the card reader was broken and despite us calling every day twice to have them fix this... it was not done. Every time we had to get in our room we had to have someone from the front desk come and open the door for us. ANNOYING

When we first checked in, I signed for one king bed. When we got into our room, there were 2 queens. The water in the shower didn't work.

The best thing going for this hotel is this location. The rooms were nice. However they had a temperature issue with the showers and the temperature was fluctuating regardless of what time of day it was. I stayed on the first floor which was quite noisy. Continental breakfast would have been nice. The restaurant next store, McKays, has good food but terrible service. Good location for USC parents.

The just need to figure out the elevator passes. Everything else was top notch.

Pool scene was not comfortable. Everything else great

I was not impressed by this hotel. We arrived at the hotel, proceeded to our room, and found it dirty. It was obvious that it had not been cleaned sufficiently. Even the shower curtain was missing. When we called down to the front, the front desk employee acted as if he couldn't do much to rectify the situation. I requested a manager and was told that there wasn't one on duty at the moment. Unacceptable. After about ten minutes we were relocated. The rest of the stay was okay. It was your typical hotel, nothing exciting. If I needed to stay in that general area again, I might stay there if I couldn't find anything better. It wasn't horrible, but was very forgettable.
