location is great but thats about it. Staff doesn't seem to care.

I stayed one night and booked a suite for my 4 friends (5 girls total). Our room was beautiful with a view of their garden. We had two double beds and couch that turned into a single bed. The bed was uncomfortable so my friend slept on the couch instead. We attempted to check in earlier than our 3pm time so I called and was told the room would be ready. I arrived at 1:45 and it was not so they were suppose to call me. I did not get called me so I arrived at 3:15pm and my room was still not clean. After another 20 minutes, it was finally ready. The front desk staff were very nice but their house keepers were not doing their part. Other than this, the hotel stay was great. $25 parking just so you know.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel the room was very nice and so was the staff

The hotel is very clean, nice lobby and friendly staff, great pizza next to it and great breakfast buffet. Very comfortable beds. The only problem was the air conditioner, it is very old and loud!! You just kinda have to get used to it and try to ignore it cuz thats how they are! I stayed there for 3 nights, First night was terrible then I took the bed that was farther from the AC and it was better, sleept way better that the first night.

Nice hotel, safe and convenient location. Only issue was water pressure, and better directions from hotel staff on how to re enter hotel after parking (we ended up walking down a dark driveway entry).

Everything great except for the big black eye of the stay and it was that our room door did not work, the card reader was broken and despite us calling every day twice to have them fix this... it was not done. Every time we had to get in our room we had to have someone from the front desk come and open the door for us. ANNOYING

When we first checked in, I signed for one king bed. When we got into our room, there were 2 queens. The water in the shower didn't work.

The best thing going for this hotel is this location. The rooms were nice. However they had a temperature issue with the showers and the temperature was fluctuating regardless of what time of day it was. I stayed on the first floor which was quite noisy. Continental breakfast would have been nice. The restaurant next store, McKays, has good food but terrible service. Good location for USC parents.

The just need to figure out the elevator passes. Everything else was top notch.

Pool scene was not comfortable. Everything else great

I was not impressed by this hotel. We arrived at the hotel, proceeded to our room, and found it dirty. It was obvious that it had not been cleaned sufficiently. Even the shower curtain was missing. When we called down to the front, the front desk employee acted as if he couldn't do much to rectify the situation. I requested a manager and was told that there wasn't one on duty at the moment. Unacceptable. After about ten minutes we were relocated. The rest of the stay was okay. It was your typical hotel, nothing exciting. If I needed to stay in that general area again, I might stay there if I couldn't find anything better. It wasn't horrible, but was very forgettable.

By far, this is my favorite hotel to have stayed at EVER. The room was super nice, and filled with all sorts of goodies to help make it an even better stay. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. There aren't enough good things I can say about this place. It will be the hotel we stay at every time we go to LA.

I booked through a third party so they must have given me non preferred location across from a parking structure that had skateboarders yelling at night. Then at 6:30 a patron came into my room having been given the room by the front desk. Then I put the do not disturb sign out and the housekeeping staff knocked anyway followed by a phone call from the front desk seemingly hurrying me out. I told them about my stay and all I got was an insincere sorry. I came to see my niece at usc at 200 a night I expected more.

We went for college tour and the location was perfect for USC. loved the location for a quick bite (Starbucks, Pizza Studio, Chipotle.

My friends & I loved this hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Can not wait to be back later this year!

We booked this hotel at the last minute so we didn't expect much, no frills - and that's what we got.

Great place to stay with a great staff and accommodations

They were great and helpful with tourism ideas and directions!

Stayed at the USC Radisson for a 4 night business trip. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Strongly suggest the Radisson for business travels at a reasonable price.

After unchecked landing and 4 hours with of delays, I had very ltitle time to do anything but sleep but from my limited exposure to staff, they were very helpful
