Classic two bedroom Venice bungalow reimagined. On a quiet street one block from central abbot Kinney and four blocks from the beach. Newly remodeled living room with Vaulted ceiling, fully stocked chefs kitchen and new clean modern bath. house was just rebuilt with central heat, Air-conditioning, Washer Dryer, private rear yard with fire pit and furniture . Lush front and back gardens filled with roses, lavender, sage, Jasmin, cooking herbs, mango, lemon, lime and avocado trees. Ample parking out front on San Juan and private 2 car driveway.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
