Located very close to coulees walking trail. Bring a bathing suit. The pool looked lovely. My room had a balcony that overlooked the pool. Which was a little loud in the early evening but once there was no people the waterfall sounds were very nice. Room was well appointed

Restaurant at the hotel was so convenient and food was delicious. We scored a room that overlooks into the atrium and we just love the vibe of it. I hope they would repair the pool from the cracks and keep it a little cleaner though but overall, the stay was comfortable!

The rooms were very clean and extra bedding was provided in the closet. 2 complimentary robes were also provided to use during our stay (with option to purchase). These were great for going to and from the pool. The pool temperature was quite cold and I think that’s where the hotel really fell short, I think upgrades could certainly happen for both the pool and hot tub. The hot tub jets didn’t do much and you could tell it was very dated (the pool also) because of discoloration and it just looked grimey. The atmosphere with the tropical vibes in the main area were enjoyable. We would stay here again but.. I strongly suggest pool & hot tub upgrades should be in order for this establishment

I’ve stayed here many times and it never fails to impress. It’s by far our favourite place to stay when we come to town. The staff are always super helpful and pleasant to deal with and the rooms are spotless. I was lucky enough to get a room with a balcony overlooking the atrium/ pool area and it was very nice. Getting to sit on the couch accompanied by the sounds of splashing water and fountains after a 12 hour drive is always welcome. The Italian Table is also one of my favourite restaurants to visit in Lethbridge so it’s super convenient that they were right downstairs! The only issue (minor) we had was with the elevator, close to the front desk. It kind-of seemed to do its own thing and would repeatedly stop on random floors or take a very long time for the door to open. Not a huge deal obviously but kind-of annoying when you’ve got a trolly full of suitcases and have to shut the door again on every floor. Thank you again for a fantastic stay, I will definitely be staying here again!
