One thing that I did not like about the property was lack of parking.

Beautiful location. Peaceful and quiet. I would come back again

This is a great Property, very well located.. I can not imagine staying else where

We enjoyed the one bedroom suite. They had a small microwave and dishwasher. Large enough for two people for sure. There was one burner on the stove that didn't work. The unit stayed warm even with the thermostat turned down. Opening the windows was our solution. At night, we alternated between opening the window and closing it . Wife says it is a detail oriented resort with everything you need.

Overall good experience! Internet is sometimes intermittent!

Decent accommodations just 5 minutes drive from town so it was nice and quiet. The flat was small with somewhat dated decor but had everything that was needed. The beds were comfortable and the place was quiet. We had a lower unit that looked onto the campground behind the resort, so not a great view, but you see views everywhere you go, it's not important to have a view in the room that you only sleep in. The hot tub looked great with an awesome view, but we did not have time to use it. There were only 2 washing machines, but when we went to use them, they were open. It would have been nice to stay in town to walk to restaurants for dinner, but we never had trouble finding parking despite being very busy.

The hotel location is great. Towel is not that white clean. The quilt on the bed is too thick for summer, we have to cover the sheet only, but feel cold midnight, put the quilt back on is too hot.

The resort is nice. It’s not walking distance to downtown. No gym on site. Gym is located in another resort. Otherwise, for the value that I paid for, the resort provided comfort and warm place to stay.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. We were early for check in and our room wasn't ready. We came back in a few hours to an amazing upgraded room! what a great surprise 😃 We were travelling with our pet and they brought her a bed, dishes, toys and were awesome about bringing us everything from ice to foil. We have already booked our next trip there lol

At the first day of our stay, we told the front desk our room didn’t have hot water. We got push back several times from the front desk that they were not aware of such issue, and it might just take longer to have water hot due to heavy usage. It took them several hours to even accept the issue at around 11 pm after several phone calls and visits to front desk. It turned out to be the water heater was leaking and broken. The whole family with small kids and seniors had to walk to another Suite to have shower for 2 days. Issue was not fixed in the second day. They did provide an “upgrade” late in the evening of the second day, but the room had strong cooking odors. I will definitely avoid this resort in future.

the room was ok, clean and comfortable but really dark and it didn't have the possibility to open the curtains without loosing privacy. At 4.20pm when we checked in there were still bags of dirty laundry in front of our door. The TV was not working in the bedroom. Pricewise really high I was expecting more than a normal hostel room. Hot tubs were closing at 10 So we had to use them only once. Not my dream place.

We stayed for two nights. A few things to mention, 1) one bed wasn't made after called for room cleaning. 2) noisy party from neighbors. We slept badly that night and my kids are sick. I have complained it to the front desk and they said nothing they could do. The party lasted after midnight and people are smoking outside. Despite that, the front desk staff were friendly and the location/view is nice. Won't go back.

We had such an amazing time at Hidden Ridge Resort! The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. They assisted us with taking transit downtown, and provided board games to play post a night out in front of the fire :). The rooms were large and kitchens well stocked. We loved being able to bring and cook our own meals. Plus the deer outside our patio doors every morning was an amazing perk! The only down side is that I left my bathing suit in the bathroom and it doesn't seem to be found. :(

We originally booked into a one bedroom unit that was downstairs, kind of a basement unit. It seemed like an okay place but immediately I knew the sound of the people walking above would be a problem. We paid to upgrade to a luxury king unit with balcony and private jacuzzi. They have four of these located above the lobby. It was a very nice accommodation and no noise issue even though fairly close to pool. The staff was very nice. Location is a bit out of the way and grounds could be noisy with all the families there but we had a car and spent most of our time away. It was nice to have a full kitchen. Yes, I would recommend this property.

Overall it is a good enough lodging. Staff are great and helpful. But they really can't control how guests behalf themselves. Outside Packing is a little crowded but enough for each condo. Some guests are just determined to occupy two parking spaces. There are underground parking. Enough for every guest.

It was really good stay for 4 days in Banff. I recommend this place for family trip with kids.

They assing ground floor condo, whereas I expected 2nd or 3rd floor condo. They should be very clear as to what room will be assigned for a particular price.

I have pleasant stay. However i left my ipad's charger and cable at the resort.

Overall, I have a good impression with the resort. I stayed in one bed room apartment with loft 204 for 2 nights August 17-August 18. The lower toilet is always clogging in the washroom of main floor. I report the problem to front desk. It was fixed, but next time when we used the toilet, it clogged again. In the August 19, when we check out, we also found a piece of glass from broken bottle in the queen bed in the loft. I also forgot my pad’s cable and charger at the resort.

Pros: Quite location with fantastic outside view. Very helpful staff. Hot pool is good to relax the legs after hiking. Outdoor gas grill perfect for the Canadian steak. Cons: Very slow WIFI. Dark room if down stairs but who stays in room?
