Reasonable price

This was a great location. Only about 10 min walk to shops/restaurants.

Within walking distance of Banff city center.

The bar drinks were awesome. The Old fashion was on point. Beds were comfortable.

Nice place a reasonable walk to the downtown area. Staff were very friendly.

Good location, Not too far from shops and restaurants. Well maintained rooms and friendly serice.

Very close to the town center. Parking was underground, additional parking fee. Parking exit and enterance was one lane with a traffic signal that was not working right.

A bit of a walk to downtown, but a comfortable room, good dining.

The three of us checked into the junior suite. Even though we paid extra for the third person but the sofabed was not made and everything was for two. The hotel sent some guy to make the bed but he did not know what he was doing ! I have to redo with the linen that were available and there were holes in the sheet ! Our room was on the third floor but it was really noisy as the air conditioning of the building (on the ground floor) is making A LOT of noise that I could not sleep for most of the night ... The hotel did not do anything when I complained in the evening until the manager arrived at 9 am the next day !!! I decided to check out right away as I can't stand it anymore. The property is really old and everything is dated... The parking is in disarray with lots of equipment and furniture lying around.... it looked like a warehouse. The elevator was shaking and made lots of wierd noises... To further add to our misery, my mum had a lot of bed bugs bite after staying the one night.... I strongly advise all not to stay here... the hotel has to do something ti improve their facilities and services... we paid over $380 for a noisy room, additional fees for parking, additional fee for one person, fees and taxes for a really terrible night.

It did not have ESPN on the tv. This is football season and for these prices I think it should include ESPN sports. Everything else was very good.

Property was ok but extremely overpriced. Not good value for the money. Nothing outstanding about this hotel.

The problem was that when we arrived at the Royal Canadian Lodge, we were notified that our reservation had been moved down the street to their sister hotel. We were never notified. They overbooked.

I was not particulary impressed with the parking charge.
