Beautiful views. The room was nice, clean. However, there was no microwave in the room. Property was walking distance to shops, restaurants and easy access by transit! Restaurant on site but only open for dinner. We had to leave the restaurant for breakfast and lunch.

The deluxe king room is not great. It is a basic economy room. The first room had an older mattress with sunk in bed, in the middle. I asked for another room with a newer bed and they accommodated the request. The new room had a better bed but not awesome. The window was immediately above a loud loading zone. Finally, bring your own kettle as their kettle has a lot of calcium or something in it so boiling water in it produces a layer of scrum/film on it.

An excellent hotel. Elmer really makes this place shine!!! Ever helpful and always cordial, he truly makes you feel like you’ve just come home. Banff Inn would not be what it is without him! Another note is location. Not far from the city center, but far enough to where it’s relatively quiet, it’s a nice balance.
