We have stayed at this hotel many times. Some staff were excellent and got upgraded for good price to a mountain suite. The suite had an amazing view of the mountains. Cuddos to Emily for doing that for us!
Housekeeping was late everyday after we were back from daily activity. They offered us new towels but were ever there early in the day to clean while we were out for day.
Cosy room in an updated older hotel, excellent price. Nice mountain vibe. Very friendly, attentive staff. Best shower in Banff - terrific pressure and lots of hot water. Good restaurant on site. Hot pool temperature was just right after a day of skiing. Would return.
Room needed vacuuming. Floor lamp didn’t work and white lampshade had yellow stains and a dead bug on it. Found a comb on floor alongside bedframe while I was looking for my earbud that fell down. Along with a couple of black pebbles or something black and hard.
