Very warm welcome checking in. Immaculate clean room with plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets. Nice touch with the ground coffee (Sudden Sally) and tea selection. Climate control easy to use and comfortable.

Loved our stay here. Clean and new! And great attentive staff. There are so many lovely touches from the Rocky Mountain body care, drip coffee and assortment of creamers (including oat milk!) and lovely mugs in the room… to the outdoor hot pools which we enjoyed in the light rain! The only thing I’d note is that with the heater blowing, the air in our room was quite dry. (And I’m used to a dry Calgary climate). Not sure if there is a way to control or add some humidity. That would help! Otherwise, fabulous stay! Will definitely return. Thank you!

Great stay overall, great view and good facilities. Could work more on their bedding and could’ve provided iron and closet in the room. Could also work on adding an actual exhaust fan in the washroom. Could also provide slippers as the hotel offers an amazing experience at the hot tub.

Was a very nice hotel. End of the "main strip" in Banff. Offered free bus vouchers during our stay which we absolutely utilized instead of looking for parking when going to the main strip. Was our anniversary while we were there and the hotel was helpful in arranging sparkling wine and a sweet treat for me in our room to surprise the Hubs. Hot tub is lovely. Salt water vs mega chemicals.
