Location was great! Just on the outskirts of town, but still close enough to walk if you wanted, otherwise public transportation was very easy to navigate. The hot pool was we amazing! Perfect temperature. The only complaint I have was the tv, at night I wish there would have been better tv options or a smart tv to cast to, but then again you don’t usually go on vacation to sit around and watch tv!

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Canoe & Suites! The hotel is new, modern, and beautifully designed. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — everything feels fresh and well-maintained. The amenities are excellent, especially the relaxing pool with a wonderful view of the Mountains. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great facilities.

Very clean hotel, spacious rooms. Hot tub/Sauna exceptional with views. Stayed here just for the hot tub. Location is great, Banff is small, not being right in the center of downtown was no issue and a better choice. Very pleased with the stay. The restaurant is not to be mistaken for a quick hotel stop, the food/breakfast is great and worth it.

This hotel was absolutely the cutest and most comfortable hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed our timer fireplace and that our room was cleaned up every time we came back from enjoying our day. The staff was very nice and the coffee bar was a hit for us every single morning.

Perfect stay in Banff

Absolutely loved the cabin feel of a hotel room with a fireplace to make it extra cozy! Could not have asked for a more beautiful view of the mountains to wake up to. Hotel staff and all the people at Sudden Sally were so friendly. Highlight of our afternoons were the delicious espresso martinis at happy hour…perfect for starting your evening. Bus stop right across the street made it easy to get to any spots in town quickly!

We stayed in an accessible room for 3 nights - I think it was the best deal on the day by a few hundred dollars. Unfortunately that meant there was no where to hang up any clothes. The room and bathroom were nice. We liked the hotel - just the room attendants were a bit hit and miss, not filling up the shower gel, not replacing dish cloths, tea towels etc, leaving rubbish in the room etc. the room was expensive by the night, I expected a little bit more attention to detail. It was a shame also the gym was in the hotel next door. The check-in staff were good.

The room and view were great! Location was the best and the 2 hot tubs were great after a long day of hiking. Would recommend to anyone.
